This is the first time I see such a slow witted protagonist, maybe the author wants to show the progression from weak to strong, but a lot of decision the FL makes and the ways she acts is so skittish. There is a lot of detail in the dialogues but very little on the plot itself and the origin of the FL. Things tend to drag on longer then necessary.
