C33 Setting up the Plan

The Xiangyang County Court was located on the northwest side of Xiangyang City.

Liu Xiu had rushed into the city from the Luhmen Mountain. It was almost dark by now. He brought Pang Fu, the butler, and went straight to the jail cell of the County Court.

The warden was called Su San. He was the criminal responsible for guarding Xiangyang County.
