C15 You Are so Arrogant

The young man looked at the old lady with disdain and sneered:

"If your legs are not good, then you should stay at home. Why are you out here?"

Lucinda was very close to the old lady, so she heard what the young man said very clearly.

She subconsciously frowned. This young man was not a good person. Not only did he snatch her seat, but he also spoke so unpleasantly.

The old lady's voice trembled with anger, "You, how can you speak like that? Not only did you snatch my seat, but you are also so rude?"

"What do you mean by that? Your name is written on it! Go, go, go. My legs are not good!"

As he spoke, he stuffed his earphones into his ear and closed his eyes, ignoring the old lady.

The car suddenly braked, and the old lady lost her balance. She pressed her hand on the young man's body.

"What are you doing?"

The young man immediately became anxious. He waved away the old lady's hand and pushed her.

The old lady could not control herself and threw herself at Lucinda.

Lucinda was so scared that she hurriedly held her.

The old lady, who was still in shock, looked at Lucinda and nodded, "Thank you."

Before Lucinda could reply, the yellow-haired young man shouted unhappily:

"Don't rely on your seniority just because you are an old man. What kind of rule requires me to give it to you? What are you doing by my side?"

Although the people in the car did not like the young man's arrogance, they only discussed in a low voice. After all, the yellow-haired man looked quite arrogant, and no one was willing to stand out.

Lucinda was already holding back, but now, she could no longer hold back the anger in her heart. After helping the old lady up, she took a few steps forward and picked the young man up from his seat.

"You're so arrogant! Your seat was originally owned by the old lady. Not only did you snatch her seat, you even almost pushed her down. Now, you're saying that she is relying on her seniority? Didn't the teacher teach you to respect the old and love the young?"

The young man frowned and struggled to free himself from Lucinda's grip. "What does it have to do with you? I'm telling you, don't meddle in other people's business!"

"That girl, don't bother about her. I'll get off the car in a moment. I'll just stand there for a while." The old lady said anxiously.

Lucinda was a kind-hearted person, so how could she not care about her?

"I'll take care of this matter today. Hurry up and get up. I didn't ask you to take the old lady to see a doctor, so you can take it easy."

As he spoke, he dragged the young man and threw him to the side.

Then, he helped the old lady over.

"Grandma, quickly sit down!"

She thought that the young man would be unwilling, but she didn't expect him to not say anything. When the car arrived, he got off.

Lucinda was surprised, but she didn't think too much about it. She just thought that he should get off the car.

She was worried about the old lady, so she stood beside her.

The old lady glanced at the girl who was standing beside her to protect her and secretly rejoiced.

"Little girl, thank you so much!"

Lucinda shook her head and replied heroically, "Ah, it's nothing!"

"Aren't you afraid of him taking revenge on you?" the old lady asked again.

"I'm not afraid. I can't just let this kind of person be arrogant. If society is as chaotic as him, then I won't be able to do anything."

The old lady nodded and smiled. "Mmm, little girl, good people will be rewarded!"

When the car arrived at the next stop, the old lady got out of the car.

Lucinda was worried that her legs were not good, so she took the initiative to help her to the car door.

Not feeling at ease, she looked outside and saw the old lady walking towards a car. It was indeed an exaggeration to say that she was walking as fast as a flying bird, but it was definitely not the kind of leg that she was talking about.
