Lucinda had already gotten off the bus. The bus couldn't reach Summerworth Estate, so she had to walk a long way.

It was almost dark, so she walked very fast.

When she was about to reach her house, she saw an old man looking around for something. It seemed like he had not found it. In a fit of anger, he sat on the ground.
