C8 Before the Marriage

The man's sudden words made Lucinda frown in displeasure. "A prenuptial agreement?"

Corey frowned slightly and narrowed his eyes dangerously. "Didn't you see it?"

Lucinda kept searching in her mind.

Prelude to the marriage agreement:

In accordance with the principle of friendly negotiation, Corey and Lucinda discussed the following terms.

First: The marriage will last for two years. During this period, all expenses will be paid by Corey, including helping Lucinda complete her studies. Once the deadline is up, the marriage will be dissolved. Both parties are not allowed to pester each other!

Second: Lucinda, as Corey's wife, should be clean and virtuous. She should also be a good daughter-in-law and a granddaughter-in-law.

Third: Lucinda is not allowed to interfere with Corey's private life.

Fourth: Lucinda is not allowed to ask too many questions. She must strictly follow Corey's orders!

Fifth: Lucinda must report to Corey two days before the marriage. Corey must approve of the marriage!

Sixth: During the marriage, both parties must sleep separately. Neither party is allowed to ask for anything excessive!

How dare he call it a friendly negotiation?

Who did he negotiate with?

How much water had been poured into the original owner's brain to agree to such an unfair agreement?

The anger in her heart was hidden very well. She replied indifferently, "Oh, I saw it!"

"Next, add another rule. You are not allowed to go to the nightclub!"

The man said with a cold face before picking up his chopsticks to eat.

Lucinda cursed in her heart. Stupid man, do you really think you are the emperor?

She was not allowed to do anything?

Where was she supposed to get the approval?

What was even more infuriating was that he was actually worried about her. What kind of request was that?

If the original owner had not been drugged last night, he would not have asked for his help. Just thinking about it made him angry!

Just wait and see!

Who would be able to resist him in the future?

After hearing no reply for a long time, Corey frowned slightly and looked at Lucinda with displeasure. "Did you hear that?"

"Ah! I heard it!"

Lucinda replied reluctantly. Who would want to come to this place?

She then lowered her head and ate without saying anything.

"Why? Do you have any objections?"

Lucinda did not want to bother with this man.

But...

This guy was not done with her, was he?

She put down her chopsticks and looked up at him. Her eyes were unusually sharp.

"If I set you ten or eight rules and forbade you from doing this or that, would you not have any objections?"

Corey could not help but find it funny. This girl was a little different.

Soldiers had a bloodthirsty nature, and Corey was no exception.

He liked an honest and obedient wife who was like a vase. He wanted to marry her as a decoration, but he liked a woman who had a personality and dared to resist.

Obviously, this change in Lucinda was a challenge to him, and he was even more interested in it.

Even her expressionless face was dyed with warmth!

"I think you need to understand this reality. I have the ability to set up rules for you, but you don't!"

Heh!

Lucinda was so furious that she wanted to beat him up!

Was she the one who was easy to bully?

Just wait!

Stinky man, if I don't turn your house upside down, I won't be able to live with the agreement that I made with him!

She wanted to see who could not do it!

Seeing the girl's unhappy expression, Corey had a wicked idea.

"I'll wait for you to have the ability to set up rules for me!"

The girl raised her small face and said arrogantly, "Don't be in such a hurry. It won't be long!"

After saying that, she ignored him!
