C7 Mr Chi Is It Delicious?

Qiao Mo felt Gu Chi's tongue on her.

She wiped her lips repeatedly with her hands. "Hey! What are you doing?" she exclaimed, her face flushed with anger.

Gu Chi looked down at her, his eyes clear and sharp. Her smooth forehead, arched eyebrows, and delicate nose complemented her cherry blossom-pink lips and silky skin. She seemed innocent and beautiful, but her skin was too tanned. It would be perfect if it were a bit fairer.

Gu Chi leaned in and licked her neck again.

"Hey... young master Gu, we barely know each other. Why are you licking me? Are you crazy?" Qiao Mo swung her hand toward his face.

Gu Chi caught her slender wrists and said, "You're right, I am crazy. They call me Crazy Gu."

Qiao Mo fell silent, afraid of provoking him further.

After a long pause, he spoke again. "Where's all this sand coming from? Didn't you clean up properly?" His voice was right by her ear.

Qiao Mo felt a flicker of hope. Maybe this crazy man had a cleanliness obsession. Hopefully, he'd throw her out of the tent.

She struggled to turn over, her legs tangled with Gu Chi's, waiting for him to kick her away.

Waited for a long time, but nothing happened.

Finally, Gu Chi released her, opened his backpack, and pulled out a white T-shirt and pants. “Put these on. We’ll dry your clothes by the fire in a bit,” he said before stepping out of the tent.

Qiao Mo watched him leave, noting his broad shoulders, narrow waist, and lean build—a perfect V-shape with no extra weight. On his back was a... snakehead?

She stared at the snakehead, feeling a chill run through her. It looked so real, flicking its tongue as if it were alive. Who in their right mind would tattoo such a large snakehead on themselves? It moved with his body, making it seem even more lifelike.

Qiao Mo changed into the clothes, tearing her own into strips to tie the pants at the waist. The oversized clothes hung loosely on her, and she sat by the campfire, keeping a safe distance.

She was a bit afraid of fire; getting too close made her skin feel like it was crawling with ants, a prickly sensation. Thankfully, as time passed, her fear of the flames lessened.

Her mind wandered, feeling calm at the thought of returning soon. This time, she was determined to live well, never to trust men, to cut off emotions and love, and never give anyone the chance to hurt her again. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

A man's voice broke through her thoughts.

“Hey, Chi, is it good?”

"Not bad."

"If you like it, take it home to keep you warm, Mr. Chi... you'll be alright." Zhong Ziheng's voice had a hint of a choke.

"Pack up, we're leaving soon."

Everyone gathered their things and boarded the helicopter, with Qiao Mo watching eagerly.

Zhong Ziheng pulled Qiao Mo onto the helicopter and nudged her toward Gu Chi. "Aren't you taking your stuff?"

Gu Chi held her close. "Little one, are you mine?"

Qiao Mo obediently replied, "...Yes."

"Will you repay the favor of saving your life?" The man's eyes slightly lifted.

"I will!"

"From now on, stick with me and don't wander off. If you dare to run away, I'll send you back to the island."

She agreed to everything he said for now, as long as she could reach the mainland, where she'd have plenty of opportunities to escape.

She needed to make money, but how could she do that while following him? Without an ID or bank card, she'd have to sneak back to the Qiao family to check things out.

Those who wronged me, just wait! I crawled out of hell... and I won't let you off easy. I am not Qiao Mo!!

The helicopter flew for over half an hour before reaching the mainland.

The country, with a population of 1.4 billion, is a superpower on the world map.

Qiao Mo calculated the distance—over 80 miles.

In her previous life, she struggled on the island for five months before being rescued by a fishing boat and returning to the Qiao family, where her grandfather held her and cried like a child.

The helicopter landed in a famous wealthy district in River State, a coastal city and the second-largest city after the capital.

This affluent neighborhood was well-known to Qiao Mo as the place where River State's top elite resided, nestled between a river in the front and mountains in the back.

Qiao Mo was the last to jump out of the plane.

A few dogs came running over, barking loudly at Qiao Mo. Gu Chi waved his right hand at them, and the dogs quieted down, sitting obediently a few yards away from him.

Qiao Mo took a closer look and saw five German Shepherds, panting with their tongues out, eagerly watching Gu Chi. Gu Chi stepped forward and patted their heads.

Zhong Ziheng, along with a punk and a few tattooed men, carried a white snake bag as they walked away. Qiao Mo noticed they were heading toward the backyard.

Qiao Mo surveyed the surroundings and was stunned.

How was he going to escape?
