C17 The Inexplicable Dog!

What is this thing?

With a flash of his eyes, Su Ba reached out his hand to grab the things moving around him.

However, in the next second...

Whatever that he had just grabbed onto with his hand startled him as it constantly tried to escape from his grasp.

Within his arm held a palm-sized puppy. Its fur as white as that of winter illuminated under the sunlight, emitting a hazy luster that reflected into Su Ba's eyes.

Its pair of eyes, like black ink reflecting the light, wore a hint of cuteness and intelligence.

At this moment...

The fluffy dog, sitting in Su Ba's arms, stuck out its nose and proceeded to sniff Su Ba.

Seeming to have sniffed out something peculiar, its shiny black eyes lit up as it stared at the exquisite white woven bag in Su Ba's hand.

"Woof woof ~"

Barking excitedly at the white woven bag in Su Ba's hand, it then turned its little head and barked at Su Ba.

It seemed to be trying to convey something.

Su Ba was slightly shocked!

This dog... could it have sniffed out the Howling Sky Dog's special dog food and ran over? To think that in such a short period of time, it managed to smell a hint of the dog food and even discovered its location.

Su Ba felt his arm itch while seemingly lost in his thoughts.

Lowering his head to look, he realized that the fluffy puppy was pouting its butt, fiddling with its cute limbs, and moving about on his arm.

All of its actions was an effort to reach out to that exquisite white woven bag.

Thinking about it, the dog probably realized that Su Ba had been ignoring it. Thus, he could no longer hold back his desire for the dog food.

This little fellow... was indeed cute.

Even with Su Ba's calm heart and cold personality, he could not help but be charmed by this little fellow.

"Looks like this little thing wants to eat the Howling Sky Dog's dog food."

Su Ba pondered for a moment. He first grabbed the dog and placed it gently on the ground. Then, he opened the white, exquisite woven bag, grabbed some dog food in his palm, and tentatively placed it in front of the dog.

Sticking its tongue out, the little mutt dashed over at that instant and proceeded to devour all the dog food in Su Ba's right palm.

Su Ba threw away his delusions and squatted down. Putting on a gentle smile, he stretched out his hand and gently panted the dog on its head.

A charming female voice sounded from not too far away, and soon after, a beautiful figure ran out from the alley.

"Woof woof ~"

As if hearing the female's voice, the intoxicated puppy lying on the ground turned over and wagged its tail as it barked loudly.

"Ah, Wang Wang, you're here! I was so scared that I couldn't find you!"

When the girl saw the puppy, she let out a breath of relief and ran over despite feeling exhaustion from the chase.

Su Ba looked up and was dumbfounded.

Her long silky hair floated down to her chest like a gentle waterfall with her slender sharp eyebrows complementing that of her pair of enchanting eyes.

Along with a delicate nose and slightly rosy cheeks, her tender cherry lips contrasted that of her oval face with skin as white as snow. Her graceful though fragile figure felt as if it could be broken by a mere gush of the wind. Such a captivating figure could only be known as the masterpiece of the Creator.

To Su Ba's surprise, the person who had just darted out of the alley was actually a beautiful and elegant women.
