Seeing that he stood up hurriedly, I reached out to stop him. "Don't."

Tristan was still looking at us, and his expression didn't really seem fanciful, but he didn't say anything. Theo also settled down but still fuming.

"So what did the alpha do about that?" He asked.

I couldn't help the bitter smile that crept up on my lips. "What would he do?"

Theo's face fell
