C17 A Tau Encounter

Ava woke up to the gentle sound of rustling leaves and the soft sounds of Starry Howler awakening. She extended her arms and looked over to see Cherry waking up from her sleep in the room's corner.

"Morning, Ava!" Cherry greeted with a yawn. "I tried waiting up for you last night, but I was too tired and dozed off.."

Ava smiled. "Curiosity got the better of me
