C4 An inkling

"Hmmm~Kindness huh....."_Xiāo Xue mutters to himself.

"Sure, but you don't have to pay me"_Xiāo Xue says to Meirong putting on a bright smile.

He pats Meirong on her head. She blushes at his gentle touch. Due to unknown reasons, her thoughts on repaying the good deeds Xiāo Xue had bestowed upon her were strong willed.

Before Xiāo Xue drove off, Meirong asked him where he lived and he answered truthfully. Her intentions were transparent hence his genuine answer.

"I'll be waiting..... It's a date kay?"_He teased. She turns red, nodding her head afterwards. Xiāo Xue says his goodbyes and Sam, with haste, drives off.

In the car....

"Young Master, may I ask a question? "_Sam.

"If I refuse, will you still ask?"_Xiāo Xue.

"Why did you do something so useless?"_Sam.

"Useless?, Ahhh you mean helping.....come to think of it I never got her name?"_🤔Xiāo Xue.

"Does it matter?, it's not like you're going to see her again"_Sam.

"**Chuckles**, is that so?"_Xiāo Xue.

"Do you think otherwise? "_Sam.
