C4 Those Who Have No Heart

Alenta blinked her eyes, she looked around her which was white, her head felt heavier. She vaguely saw Richard standing there.

"Where is this Dad?" Asked Alenta in a hoarse voice.

"Hospital," Richard answered briefly.

Alenta blinked her eyes, the dizziness in her head didn't get any better, "Why did you take me to the hospital? Didn't we talk about marriage earlier?" Asked Alenta, she tried to get up but the dizziness in her head was increasingly attacking her.

"Who will marry? There will be no wedding, the baby will not be born into this world,"

Alenta was stunned to hear Richard's words. She glanced confusedly at Richard. What does it mean? Hospital? Before fainting, she had been drinking juice with Richard. Alenta's eyes widened when she realized something.

"You framed me?" Alenta asked when her brain began to understand where Richard's conversation was going.

Richard put on a sly smile then looked at Alenta with disdain, "You fool, will our family really accept you who don't have a good lineage? Of course not, Rafael doesn't deserve to be with you," said Richard contemptuously.

Alenta's blood rippled, feeling very angry with Richard's actions. So Richard was acting on purpose so he could easily take her to an abortion?

"You are really rotten, you are not human," Alenta cursed angrily.

Richard only smiled in response to Alenta's curse, "Do it now, Lauren!" He ordered someone in white beside him.

Alenta backed away, she tried to escape from the grips of several people in front of her, "Let go of me, let go! You can't do this, I will report everything, this is your grandson, don't you have a heart?"

Alenta started screaming loudly, but Richard didn't budge and left the room.

"Richard!! Richard!!"

Alenta called out Richard's name in frustration.

The woman wearing a white coat then came forward and injected Alenta in the arm. Alenta's grip, who was struggling, became weaker, her vision blurred again. In the remainder of her consciousness, Alenta was crying. She felt very sorry for not being able to protect her child, and then she returned to being unconscious.

Alenta vaguely heard some talk around her.

"Doctor, she continues to bleed Doc, if this continues she won't last long, her heartbeat continues to weaken,"

"Shit, take care of things quickly, don't let the head of the hospital find out."

After that Alenta fainted again.

A man was looking at the expanse of water in front of him with a feeling of chaos.

He closed his eyes for a moment, instantly his mind was thrown to several years ago when he was still at the age of five. He was holding his mother's hand here, but then his mother released his grip and walked alone towards the open sea. Her mother's shadow grew smaller and smaller and then disappeared entirely.

Tears rolled down his cheeks, it had been so many years, but the suicide that his mother committed before his eyes always made his heart feel tighter. Alden Sanders did not expect that he would return to this city, his hometown which is also the city where all his nightmares gather.

Here he lost his mother, the only family he had experienced a prolonged depression due to an irresponsible father. Even though his mother had died, his father never picked him up until he was adopted by a family and the family brought him abroad.

Little Alden remembered every detail of his past pain and it left a mark that couldn't be erased. Alden clenched his hands beside his body, he was going to find his father, the person responsible for his mother's death.

His thoughts were stopped when he saw someone lying in the corner of the beach. His eyes widened in shock and he immediately ran over to the body that was swept away by the water. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a woman. Judging from her clothes, it seemed that this woman was a patient from some hospital. Alden checks her breath and pulse, this woman is still alive.

"Miss, are you all right? Miss?"

That woman only muttered incoherently as Alden shook her body. His eyes widened when he saw the bottom of the woman's pants turning red. Blood. It was clearly a bloodstain.

Alden immediately took the body to his car and drove the four-wheeled vehicle fast.

"How is her condition?" Alden asked Selly.

Selly is a close friend Alden who works as a doctor. Worried about Alden, Selly deliberately followed him here, she was worried that Alden would act stupid in his birthplace. With a good predicate in the previous place, Selly could easily get a job in here.

"Bad, she's bleeding profusely and seems to have had a miscarriage. She's wearing a patient gown, but why is the treatment from the hospital doctor so bad?" Selly's comment was astonished.

Alden was shocked to hear Selly's story, "Miscarriage? What then? Can she survive?" Alden asked impatiently,

Selly shook her head confused, "I don't know, we have to monitor her condition again later,"

Alden sighed, he looked at the lying woman with a worried look. For some reason seeing the woman's face reminded him of his mother. His gut told him that her life was just as bad.

"Okay, call me later."

Sally nodded her head.

Alden then left the hospital ward. He was going to buy a drink to ease his panic over finding dying woman on the beach.

However, his footsteps stopped when he saw a news broadcast.

The broadcast showed the death of an actress named Alenta Serafine, who reportedly suffered from depression and died from an overdose of illegal drugs.

Alden was shocked when he saw a portrait of Alenta Serafine, her portrait was very similar to the woman he had brought here earlier. Turns out her name is Alenta. Die? It was obvious that the woman was still alive when he brought her here, why did the media report that she seemed to have died?

Something went wrong, the woman's death must have been staged. He had to find out about all of this. here must be a big secret behind everything that happened to that woman.

"Thank God she has passed her critical period," explained Selly,

Alden sighed in relief at Selly's words. He looked back at the woman's pale face with a look that could not be explained.

"You remember your mother?"

Alden sighed heavily and nodded.

"I saw the news earlier that he was reported to have died. It's strange, even though Alenta Serafine is still alive now." said Alden to Selly.

"Alden, what if we get in trouble for hiding it?" Asked Selly, her face showed anxiety.

"Let me be responsible, you just need to take care of her and don't let anyone find out about this, I think a lot of people are after their lives," Alden said seriously.

Selly's eyes widened hearing Alden's words that were not kidding. It seemed they would encounter a lot of trouble because of this girl in the future. This is really bad!
