C5 Alenta Conscious

Alenta opened her eyes with difficulty, she blinked and looked around then her gaze turned alert when she looked around the room, it was white, clearly this was a hospital.

No, it turns out she wasn't out of this hell yet. She glanced at the fruit knife beside the nightstand, Alenta immediately took it then she hide the knife under the blanket.

Alenta heard footsteps approaching towards the room, she closed her eyes again, pretending to be asleep.

Alenta's room door was opened, her heart was beating fast, no matter how she had to get out of this place.

"I think she'll come to her senses today."

"In that case, good,"

The voices of a woman and a man. Alena held the knife tightly. She's ready.

Alenta got up from his sleep, she pulled the woman's body and then threatened her neck with a knife.

"Miss, calm down," said that man raising a hand. That woman looks like she's about to cry when she sees Alenta's threat.

"Do not come close!" Alenta threatens. She drew the knife closer to the woman's body.

"You're Lauren right?" asked Alenta to that woman.

"No, I'm not Lauren."

"Miss, listen to us for a moment, it seems you misunderstood," said the man trying to calm Alenta.

Alenta snorted at the man's words. They thought she would simply believe their words.

"You can check my ID on my neck, I'm not Lauren!" The woman protested adamantly.

Alenta examined the woman's face again more closely, she then tried to take the identity card around the woman's neck.

The man didn't miss his chance, he lunged at Alenta's body to grab the knife and then locked her hands, making the woman finally free from Alenta's grip.

"Let go! You lied to me, right? Let me go! I'll kill that woman named Lauren," Alenta screamed, she tried to escape from Alden's grip.

"I'll let you go, but you have to calm down. Look, we're not the people you call it," the man insisted.

Alenta can't believe it, she won't be deceived again.

"Yes, I'm a doctor here and I'm not Lauren, you can check my identity. This is my cell phone, you can call the police if we hurt you," the woman said and put her cell phone next to the bed.

Seeing the woman do that, Alenta became doubtful, her eyes turned calm again. The man released the lock on Alenta's hand.

"You're not Richard's men?" Ask Alena to make sure.

The woman sighed with relief seeing Alenta calmed down, she shook her head, "No, I'm Selly, he's my friend Alden, he's the one who found you lying on the beach," Selly pointed at Alden.

"Yes, I don't know what happened to you, but I brought you here, Selly took care of you," said Alden,

The woman named Selly showed her identity card, "Isn't that right? I'm Selly, not Lauren like you think," said Selly with a smile.

Alenta felt embarrassed to hear their narrative because apparently she had misunderstood, "I'm sorry," she muttered softly.

Selly raised a hand, "It's okay. It's only natural if you suspect someone in your situation like this," Selly replied and smiled again.

"Ah, my child? How is my child?" Asked Alena impatiently,

Selly didn't answer, she looked at Alden with a confused look.

Alenta felt a bad feeling when Selly and Alden looked at each other confused.

"Doctor, is my child okay?" Alenta asked back to Selly,

Selly looked at Alenta with a regretful look, "I'm sorry, but when Alden found you, you already had a miscarriage," Selly whispered with pity.

Alenta's gaze dimmed hearing those words, her lips trembled holding back the thousands of feelings that were raging in her chest. She rubbed her empty stomach. Her son, her son has disappeared. Alenta's self-defence collapsed, she cried uncontrollably while rubbing her stomach. Her heart felt cut because she was unable to properly protect her flesh and blood.

"I'm sorry dear, I'm sorry..." She whispered so painfully.

Selly, who felt sorry for seeing Alenta, immediately approached her and hugged her frail body, which was trembling even more.

Alden looked down, unable to say a word. He clenched his fists, feeling tight with what happened to Alenta. What kind of criminal could forcibly remove a fetus from its mother's body?

After a few minutes, Alenta began to look calm, she leaned her body against the bed, her heart still ached but she couldn't keep crying. She had discussed all her problems with the two people in front of her.

Alden then threw several articles at Alenta, Alenta looked up at Alden.

"Read it," Alden snapped. Alenta glanced at the article then took one of them.

Her eyes widened in surprise when she saw the contents of the news, she then took another article, but when she read it the contents of the article more or less reported the same thing.

"This, this is not true! I.... I am still alive and I have never touched the forbidden items mentioned, really, this is all a lie," said Alenta seriously.

"I know and it seems like a lot of people want you dead, Alenta," Alden said seriously,

Alenta stared confusedly at the article in front of her, "Then what should I do? I've been considered dead by everyone," Alenta suddenly rose from her seat, "No, my mother, my mother, she must be worried, oh no!" Alenta screamed in panic,

"Your mother? Where is your mother?"

"Alden, can I borrow your phone for a second?" Asked Alenta with pleading eyes.

Alden shook his head disapprovingly, "No, don't call Alenta,"

Alenta then pulled the needle that stabbed her infusion, "Then I'll see my own mother!" Alenta shouted loudly, she didn't care about her blood which was now splattered on the floor. Alenta tried with great difficulty to get up from the bed, but her body was still limp which limited her movement.

Alden held Alenta's body, "Alenta calm down, you are still recovering,"

"Then what do you want me to do? My mother, she has a heart problem if she finds me dead, it's a danger to her heart!" Alenta screamed hysterically, she cried again.

After losing her baby, she couldn't lose her mother anymore. Her heart was completely broken. Why did this have to happen to her? She should have never been involved with a jerk like Rafael. Her future and life are falling apart.

"Alenta, please calm down, if they find you again I'm sure they will kill you again, you will die before finding your mother," Alden explained firmly, he was still holding Alenta's body which continued to struggle.

"I will help you, I will find your mother," Alden continued with confidence.

Selly, who had gone to the toilet earlier, came and immediately panicked when she saw blood splattered on the floor.

"Alden, what's going on? Why is there so much blood?" Selly asked panicked.

Seeing Alden's focus diverted to Selly, Alenta tried to rebel again. Alden finally let his guard down and made Alenta free from his grip. However, when Alenta was about to run away from the two of them, her vision immediately darkened. The girl came back unconscious.
