C7 Revenge That Must Be Avenged
Alden rushed to Alenta and took her hand.
"We have to get out of here!"
Alenta looked confused at Alden, "What's wrong? Why do you look so panicked?" Asked Alenta with raised eyebrows. She was surprised to see the tense look on Alden's face.
"There are many men looking for us at the hospital, we have to go," Alden explained to Alenta.
Alenta was surprised to hear Alden's words, she looked at her mother's tomb doubtfully then said to Alden, "Wait a minute,"
Alden nodded his head and let go of his grip. Alenta stepped back to rub her mother's grave again, she held her mother's tomb with a feeling of rage then said in a serious tone, "Mom, I will definitely repay all the pain that you feel, I promise,"
After saying that, Alenta turned from her mother's grave and walked towards Alden. They continued walking until they left the cemetery area. Alenta clenched her fists tightly at her sides. For the sake of her mother, for the sake of her son who was killed by the Herenson family, she would return all this pain to them many times over. They must feel the brokenness in their family as he did. She promised to avenge her no matter what. Certain.

"No one, ma'am. That woman was not found at the hospital or at the funeral," said the mercenary man who was ordered by Lauren.
Lauren chuckles at the report of the head of thugs she hired. She threw her phone on the table with a bang. Who exactly is the person seeking information about Alenta? Because of the wrong work of his crew, she has to go back to the hassle of taking care of one person. Alenta's body should have been found when the media reported about her death, but that didn't happen until the following day. Lauren grabbed her hair hard. If Alenta was still alive, Richard Herenson would definitely make her a corpse as Alenta's replacement. Lauren shuddered, no matter what the circumstances she had to find Alenta either dead or alive.

Alden chose to take Alenta to his house instead of going back to the hospital. Alenta's eyes widened at the magnificent white house in front of her. She looked around the house. Big house, but located remote and far from the crowds.
"Whose house is this?" Asked Alena confused.
Alden unbuckled his seat belt and got out of the car.
Still with a confused face, Alenta followed Alden's steps.
"This is my mother's house that has been renovated,"
Alenta flinched at Alden's story. He looked at Alden with regretful eyes then asked in a low voice, "Your mother is dead?"
Alden nodded his head, "I'm alone, that's why you can stay here for a while," Alden said then stepped into the house.
Alenta was a little hesitant to follow Alden's advice. However, considering that there are many people out there looking for her, she has no other choice. With shuffling steps, she followed Alden from behind.
Alden unlocked the door of the house and they stepped foot to enter there.
Alenta's mouth half opened to see the appearance of the house. Even though the furniture still looks empty, the house has a very luxurious and elegant interior design. Unexpectedly it turns out that Alden is a person from among the well-to-do.
"Looks like this house was abandoned for a long time," commented Alenta seeing the amount of dust that had gathered around them.
"I never lived in this house," Alden whispered. He opened the cloth covering the chair, brushed away the dust there and then invited Alenta to sit down, "Sit down,"
Alenta raised an eyebrow at Alden's words. She was very regretful because a large and magnificent house like this was even uninhabited.
"I will prepare a room for you."
"Eh? But is it okay if I stay here?" Alenta asked, still feeling uncomfortable with Alden's offer.
"It's okay, you're safer here. Selly's place is in the hustle and bustle of the city, they will easily find you if you live there," Alden said carefree.
Alenta bit her lip hearing Alden's story, she felt uncomfortable because she had to live with a man.
"Why? Do you mind living with a man?" Guess Alden.
Alenta was surprised to hear the words, she then raised her hand and said, "It's okay. I think I'm just not used to it," said Alenta.
"I won't do anything to you, I promise. Besides, maybe I'll rarely be at home,"
Alenta immediately put on a guilty face when Alden said that. She felt like someone who was ungrateful for behaving like that.
"I'm sorry, this is an awkward situation for me. I'll stay here without bothering you. Then, I'll start cleaning," Alenta said and stood up.
Alden immediately approached Alenta and asked her to sit back, "No, you're just recovering, I'll prepare everything. Don't worry," muttered Alden with a smile.
Alenta returned Alden's smile then sat back down. She sighed letting Alden start to look busy organizing the room.
"But how could they know about the hospital?" Alenta asked surprised when Alden was in front of her.
Alden lifted his face from his activities and answered Alenta's question, "I just got notified by Selly, it turns out that Lauren is the head of the hospital where your mother is being treated. It seems Richard was deliberately looking for Lauren and ordered her to abort you so that all her plans would go smoothly. If you are still alive, then he has other plans to threaten you into complying."
Alenta was stunned to hear that, she didn't expect that Richard was that sneaky.
"And it seems your mother's death is related to that, Alenta,"
Alenta was shocked to hear Alden's last words. She held on to the pedestal of the table to hold her body that felt swayed for a moment because she was too surprised.
"Are you okay?" Alden asked worriedly then approached Alenta.
Her eyes blinked a few times, trying to get rid of the dizziness in her head. After a while, Alenta raised her hand, "I'm fine," Alenta whispered.
Alden breathed a sigh of relief seeing Alenta's state, he stood back up.
"You'd better go back to lying down," Alden suggested seeing the condition of Alenta's face which was still pale.
Alenta nodded her head, she let her body be carried by Alden to the room.
Alden laid Alenta's body down slowly.
"Alden, I have to avenge everything to the Herenson family. They are not human," Alenta growled with eyes flashing full of anger.
Alden nodded understanding hearing Alenta's expression of feelings. That girl must have felt a great grudge against the Herenson family.
"I know Alenta, I know. I understand all your feelings." Alden answered understandingly.
"But how can I face that powerful family?" Alenta softly despaired. Her heart was slashed when she learned that the suffering of his entire family was caused by the Herenson family. Her mother died in vain because of her foolishness who trusted that cunning human too much.
Alden looked back at Alenta with a look of pity. Somehow he felt pain to see the suffering that girl experienced. The flash of events that happened to Alenta is almost the same as the events that happened to her mother a few years ago. Alden clenched his fists tightly, he promised to help Alenta no matter what. Alden took Alenta's shoulder and looked at her closely.
"Alenta, listen, I will help you. I will find out a way to repay them for everything they have done to you. I will make sure they pay for all the pain you are feeling today. For that, you must recover soon and repay them all,"
Alenta nodded confidently, her chest felt like it was burning at Alden's words. She would definitely make them pay for all this pain no matter what.
