Miriam is frightened by the call received from Sergio. She feels the hand holding the hook tremble.

Her voice isn't firm either, "Sergio?"

"What's this fear for, dolly?" He smiles on the other side, confirming it was her, "I found your phone in my sister's phone book. But, your name is all crossed out in red ink pen."
