C10 Jobseeking Anxiety Is It a Trap or an Opportunity

"Perhaps senior managers like him have quite a few opportunities. A shrimp like us would be screwed." Lin Xiang Wan sighed as she lay down on her back on the bed.

However, he couldn't help but feel anxious and annoyed as he lay on the bed. As such, he decided to get up and revise his resume so that he could send a copy to all the Headshunters that he knew. He then picked a few companies that had good reputations in the industry and submitted his resume.

Only then did Lin Xiang Wan feel a little more at ease - he lay back down on his bed and opened his eyes to recall what he had experienced over the past two days - it felt as though he was in a dream.

One moment he was confident that the tide had nothing to do with him, and the next moment he was told to disperse. One moment he was talking to the employees, hoping that they would calm down and accept the facts. The next moment, he was the one who left with the compensation money. The next moment, he looked down on Xiao Fan, who was a small administrative job with no future but now he was envious of her for being at least stable.

This world was really dramatic.

Lin Xiang Wan, who was lying on the bed, thought to himself as he fell into a deep sleep - he couldn't help but feel extremely sleepy at this point.

The next day, early morning.

Lin Xiang was sitting by his computer, drinking coffee as he scrolled through his social media - to his surprise, he found that most of his colleagues had gone on vacation.

It seemed that only she, a new employee who had been in the workplace for more than a year would be so anxious about losing her job.

"There are three things to be anxious about, and the fourth is that I'm anxious about not having a job." Lin Xiang Wan praised her colleagues one by one as she continued to search for jobs online.

The first thing that could give a foreigner a sense of security was a job and the second was a house. As such, no matter how free and easy the other party was, she did not dare to take a break before finding a new job.

As such, she immediately agreed to meet the headhunter when the latter called her face-to-face.

When Lin Xiang Wan arrived at the coffee shop as promised, one of the candidates that the Headhunter Advisor, Xia Jingyu, was talking to had just left.

"Sister Xia, you seem to have a lot of information right now." Lin Xiang Wan walked over and sat down where the candidate had been sitting.

"Yeah, I've been seeing five or six candidates every day." Xia Jingyu waved for the waiter to change the cup as she smiled at Lin Xiang Wan.

"You're really busy." Lin Xiang Wan's eyes flashed as he looked at Xia Jingyu, "Sister Xia, I've seen the position that you've given me - it seems that this company doesn't really care about the Human Resources Department."

"Xiao Lin, it is important to analyze the situation beforehand, but the actual feelings are even more important," Xia Jingyu raised her eyebrows slightly - she was slightly surprised by Lin Xiang Wan's analysis.

"Sister Xia, there are only three people in the Human Resources Department - I really don't want to go to a company that requires three or four modules for each person - firstly, I am only good at hiring, and secondly, the highest position in the department is only at the manager level for three out of seven modules."

"Look at the other departments. The highest position is the director. This means that the Human Resources Department has no status in the company. Even the boss is lower than them. So Sister Xia, I'll be disabled if I go to a company like this."

Lin Xiang Wan said as he pushed the JD position back to Xia Jingyu.

"My suggestion is to start looking for a job first before choosing a job - that's the only way that you can choose your job slowly and unhurriedly. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to choose any of the jobs that you want at the moment - after all, you wouldn't be able to pick any of the jobs that you want in the end even if you were in a hurry." Xia Jingyu tried her best to convince Lin Xiang Wan to accept the job interview.
