“Doctor how’s she?” madam Cassie asked. “she’s fine, she passed out due to shoke” the doctor said.
“Hope she’s fine now?” Chad asked.
“yes she’s fine” the doctor replied. “have you done the test?” Chad asked.
“yeah I have” the doctor replied.
“So how many days or weeks is the pregnancy?” Chad asked.
“there’s no need to asked, the pregnancy is mine” Jeff said.
“no one is dragging the pregnancy with you, you just need to calm down” Chad said.
“I can’t calm down, did you want me to fold my hands and watch you take my unborn child away” Jeff said.
” you’re crazy” Chad replied.
“Chad is enough, because I Know you too well” madam Cassie said.
“tell this mother fucker to keep shut, because I won’t hesitate to shoot that his empty skull” Chad said.
“he’s sorry” madam Cassie pledged.
” is it true that am pregnant?” codelia asked opening her eyes.
“yeah, you’re pregnant, but I want you to take it easy with yourself it’s not the end of the world” madam Cassie said.
” Doctor, fucking answer my question!” Chad yelled and Ben and peace walked into the hall.
” codelia” peace called happily and rushed to hug her.
” what’s he doing here?” codelia asked pointing to Ben.
” Am sorry, I told him not to come but he didn’t listen” peace said.
” get out!” codelia shouted.
“codelia am very sorry, I knew I have wronged you but you need to forgive me” Ben said.
“Ben I have forgiven you, but get out, I don’t wanna see you ever again” codelia said pointing to the door.
“Am sure you aren’t deaf!” Chad said, in his usual husky voice.
” this is none of your business Mr” Ben said and Chad left out an evil grin.
he stood up from his chair and madam Cassie also stood up immediately, and rushed to stop Chad from punching Ben.
” Chad please go and sit down” madam Cassie said.
” tell this guy to go out first” Chad said.
” Ben, codelia don’t wanna see you, can you please go back to where you are coming from” madam Cassie said.
” fine, but I will go, but I will still come back to get my love and as for you, I will so deal with you for not Minding your business” Ben said and point his hand at Chad.
” Bring it on, I will be here waiting for you” Chad said and Ben walked out angrily.
” Doctor, we are listening” Chad said.
” she’s five days pregnant” the doctor said and chad nod his head.
he stood up and walked out. madam Cassie pecked codelia on his forehead and whisper
” I will be right back” to her.
“Aww, am happy you’re carrying my baby I will soon be a father” Jeff said.
“you don’t have to be happy because I will terminate this pregnancy” codelia said.
“no, you don’t have to do that” Jeff said. “that’s what am gonna do, I can’t get pregnant out of wedlock, I promised my aunt that I will make her proud and I can’t make her proud with this pregnancy” codelia said.
“codelia, you don’t have to terminate my baby, I will marry you” Jeff said and codelia burst into laughter.
“you wanna marry a prostitute” codelia said and Vivian burst into laughter.
“Why is she crying?” codelia asked no one in particular.
“ignore her” Rose said.
“you aren’t a prostitute, codelia I will marry you, we can even get married tommorow” Jeff said.
“I can’t marry you” codelia said.
“But why, is it because of the other guy?” Jeff asked.
”No Jeff, I don’t love you, you’re a very good guy and you deserve better” codelia said.
” codelia, I love you and I want you” Jeff said. ” you can’t love me, isn’t possible” codelia said.
” unfortunately am in love with you” Jeff said. ” Jeff you have to erase any feelings you have for me, me and you can’t work” codelia said.
” Am I not handsome enough, I promised to take good care of you, just give me a chance” Jeff said.
” Mr, that’s enough you’re letting her talk too much” Pamela said.
” help me talk to your friend” Jeff said.
” that’s enough, she need enough rest” the doctor said and lay codelia properly on the bed.
” sleep” the doctor said. and codelia nod her head and closed her eyes immediately.
” oh, I can’t believe this, did codelia just accepted to sleep without arguing with the doctor” peace said and the doctor smile at her.
” there’s something about her that I like, but I haven’t figure it out” the doctor said and went out.

” Chad” madam Cassie called.
” I want to be alone” Chad replied.
” no I can’t let you be alone, why did you rushed out angrily?” madam Cassie asked.
” I didn’t rushed out angrily, I just need fresh air” Chad said.
” I know what’s bothering you, I never knew you love babies” madam Cassie said.
” yeah, I wished the child was mine but there’s nothing I can do about it” Chad said.
” oh, I felt sorry for you and am very sorry, because I caused all this” madam Cassie said. ” you don’t need to blame yourself” Chad said.
” I have to, because I caused all this, I just hope codelia will forgive me” madam Cassie said.
” I will like to be on my way” Chad said.
“Did you mean, we aren’t gonna see you again” madam Cassie said.
“yeah, for my sanity” Chad replied.
“but you promised to tell me your past” madam Cassie said.
“I didn’t promised, I only said I will tell you later” Chad said.
“Alright, when are you gonna tell me?” madam Cassie asked.
