C15 Midsummer part 1

NOELLE'S POV

When I wake up I am still not sure if I want to go to the midsummer celebration tonight. I feel a bit depressed and for the first time since my stay, I don't go eat breakfast. I stay in bed twisting and turning until I hear a knock on the door.

''Can I come in?'' I hear Maya ask.

''Yes you may,'' I answer.

Maya walks in with a beautiful white dress in her hands.

''I have your dress for tonight here, you want me to help you get ready?'' She asks.

I go sit on the edge of the bed and answer, ''I'm not sure if I want to go.''

Maya looks at me confused, ''Why not? It's the most fun evening of the year.''

I sigh, ''I just don't think I will enjoy looking at king Roan performing the ceremony.''

Maya sits next to me and says, ''Aha well I can't decide for you if you want to go look, but it would be a shame to be stuck in your room all day. The whole city is beautiful tonight so you can still dress up and enjoy taking in the sights.''

I stand up and say, ''Mm I suppose you are right, let's make me look pretty at least then.''

Maya helps me into the dress and I take a look in the mirror. The dress is made from white satin fabric. It has an open back and It is flowy from the bottom. The halter top has a cleavage almost to my belly. It makes my boobs look good. On my feet, I put some white sandals and Maya puts a crown of white flowers on my head. I look sexy and innocent at the same time I conclude while I turn around.

I smile at Maya and say, ''Thank you.''

She squeezes my hand and replies, ''Go try have some fun.''

I walk out of my room on my way to the outside of the castle. When I walk into the gardens I am shocked by all the work the servants have done. Everywhere I look there are little candles, lights, and flowers. I see more people than I have ever seen since my arrival. They all seem to walk towards the water gardens. I suppose that's where the ceremony will take place. I still don't know if I want to go so I decide to go to the stables instead.

The further away I walk from the gardens the fewer people I see. When I arrive at the stables there is complete silence. I think I am the only one here. I walk inside towards Eowyn's stable. She immediately sticks out her head when she sees me. I stroke her head and say, ''Hej girl I am sorry I have no seaweed for you today.''

She snorts and just when I am busy scratching her ears I jump up from a voice.

''You shouldn't be alone on a day like this.''

I turn around and there stands the most beautiful man I have ever seen. He must be just as tall as Roan. The stranger has raven black hair and a square face with a small beard. He is looking at me amused with his piercing blue eyes. I must be staring at him because he says, ''Lost your tongue, or are you so amazed by what you see?''

I struggle to find my voice when I ask, ''Who are you?''

He comes so close to me that I can smell his scent. He smells like musk, pinecones, and snow at the same time.

"It doesn't matter who I am. You shouldn't wander through the city alone tonight. All kinds of people are coming for the celebration and not only the good kind,'' He says.

Just when I want to answer I hear a horn from the other side. When I turn back to talk to the stranger he is gone.

That must have been the strangest encounter I have ever had. I hear the horn again and decide to see what the noise is about. When I follow the sound I soon realize it's coming from the water gardens. I decide I better go there anyway though because I still have the stranger’s warning in my mind. When I arrive at the water garden there is a massive crowd. In the middle, there is an altar and around it, there are couches made from stone with blankets on them. It's made like a stand so you have lower and higher levels. This way everyone can see the ceremony.

I go sit on a couch far to the left on the lower level so that I can leave whenever I want. I barely sit when they blow the horn again and Roan walks to the ceremony space. Everyone becomes quiet immediately. Roan is wearing a white blouse and black pants. I hate that he has to look so good right now. He walks to the middle and begins to talk, ''WELCOME EVERYONE, MY DEAR PEOPLE OF THE SEA REALM. I AM DELIGHTED TO SEE HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE COME. TODAY WE CELEBRATE THE LIGHTEST DAY OF THE YEAR. TODAY WE MAKE SURE THAT WE CAN SURVIVE THE REST OF THE YEAR. HOWEVER THIS YEAR WE ARE GONNA HAVE A SLIGHT CHANGE. NORMALLY THE KING WILL DO THE CEREMONY TO BLESS THE CELEBRATION BUT THIS YEAR THE HONOR WILL GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. SOMEONE WHO HAS SERVED THIS REALM SINCE THE DAY HE ARRIVED. THERE IS NO ONE WHO UNDERSTANDS OUR VALUES BETTER AND SO THERE IS NO ONE MORE FIT FOR THIS HONOR. MY RIGHT HAND JULIAS WILL PERFORM THE CEREMONY THIS YEAR. ENJOY THE CELEBRATION AND ALL DO YOUR BEST TO MAKE BLESSINGS OF YOUR OWN.''

The crowd is silent at first but then they all shout, ''LONG LIVE KING ROAN.''

Roan looks at me intensely and then walks away somewhere I can't see him anymore. When he has left the crowd begins to murmur. The people that I can hear are all talking about what could be the reason for the king to not perform the ceremony this year. I feel so relieved knowing I don't have to watch Roan have sex with someone else.

I want to talk to him so bad but I am not allowed to leave right now. The crowd turns silent again when guards bring in a woman. She must be the same age as me and looks very innocent with her blond hair and blue eyes. She is wearing a white cloak and nothing else. She stands in front of the altar with the guards next to her.

Then Julias walks in completely naked. He has a serious look on his face. It doesn't look like he is too happy about this great honour. He walks towards the woman who is too shy to look him in the eye. Julias speaks with a loud voice when he says, ''I hereby accept the chosen woman and bless this intercourse.''

He holds up his hand and magic waterfalls over the woman’s head. When the water touches her clothes they disappear. She has a thin body but still some boobs and a small round ass. The guards lay her down on the altar and tie her hands. I feel a bit sick by the sight because I don't understand why they would have to tie her down. The guards go away and it's just the girl and Julias that are left.

I wonder if he has taken some pills because his penis has been erected the whole time. He walks towards the woman and puts her legs on his shoulders. When he does a purple light erupts to the sky. I sigh from relief that I can go now but when I look around me I see all the people have started having sex on their own as well. I am starting to feel very uncomfortable and I don't know where to look anymore. Then I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn to see Roan standing there. He holds out his hand and says, ''Come on I need to show you something.''
