Other than the three mountains of Penglai, there were also a few small "immortals" in Mount Kunlun. Mount Shu was one of them. Mount Shu swordsmen were renowned throughout the world, leaving behind countless popular legends.

It was a pity that even though the Mount Shu Sword Sect also opposed the Three Mountain Alliance's actions towards the humans on Earth, they didn't join the Star River Union. They only swore an oath to the Heavenly Dao not to make the Alliance their enemy.

Perhaps due to the influence of Earth's culture, Nie Changfeng couldn't forget about Mount Shu. After leaving the Kunlun Immortal Realm, he didn't return but headed for Mount Shu. He wanted to see what was different about Mount Shu from the past.

He also had another thought in mind, which was that Mount Shu Sword cultivators had unparalleled offensive power, and his greatest embarrassment was their attacks. He wanted to see for himself how strong the so-called strongest sword cultivators were, and he might be able to find some lucky chances from them.

Mount Shu was a small world similar to Penglai. However, their positions were different, so they were not destroyed in the disaster. When the great immortals returned, Mount Shu had unsealed themselves, connecting the small world with the main world.

Nie Changfeng's sudden visit surprised Mount Shu, but he still courteously invited Yun'er and him into the small world. Only after being introduced by the daotong did they learn that Mount Shu had a stable space channel that led to the Devil Realm. Thus, they could only choose to connect to the main world instead of merging with it.

Mount Shu's miniature world itself was a seal to the demonic world's spatial passageway. Mount Shu's primary purpose of existence was to prevent the demons from using this spatial passageway to invade the cultivation world. Nie Changfeng admired Mount Shu even more. This was the true backbone of the human race!

Mount Shu in the small world of Mount Shu. The mountains were surrounded by clouds and mist, and the mountains were clear and beautiful. From afar, it looked like a majestic ink painting.

However, he didn't see the mountain floating in the air. Nie Changfeng curiously asked the kid, who told him that the cultivation world's resources would be reduced by just a little bit, so where did all these resources come from? The Mount Shu Sword Sect would only let the main peak rise during major festivals, and after the festivities were over, the main peak would be put down again.

Nie Changfeng thought to himself, "It seems that many legends are unreliable."

When they arrived at the main peak, the temple boy led the two of them to the ground. Seeing the welcoming pine by the side of the road, Nie Changfeng understood where they were. He raised his head and saw that it was a hundred meters wide, there were a total of nine hundred and ninety-nine steps, leading to the summit.

The temple boy said, "Flying is prohibited on the main peak. I would like to invite the two benefactors to follow me up the mountain."

Nie Changfeng nodded and followed behind. Yuner was dragging his arm. Ever since Yun`er came to Kunlun and found Nie Changfeng, she liked to walk on his back. Nie Changfeng whispered to her, "Be serious." Only then did she stand up straight and walk with a mischievous smile.

Walking to the fifth platform, he saw a pool that was about twenty meters wide and ten meters wide and carved out of white jade. Walking to the fifth platform, he saw a pool that was about twenty meters long and ten meters wide and carved out of white jade.

The temple boy explained, "The two of you do not have a sword on your back, so do not bother about this place. Only when the sword is by your side will you have to stay behind. One is to show your respect to Mount Shu and two is to show no hostility."

As the three of them continued upwards, the temple boy continued, "Other than sword immortals, almost no cultivator would put a weapon around their body. This Sword Extinguishing Pool was actually only a symbol." Nie Changfeng nodded his head to show that he understood.

When he finally reached the top, he saw a square. In the middle was a rock garden with a fountain, water swimming fish, and a crane taking a leisurely stroll. Directly in front of them was a grand hall with a signboard that read "Mount Shu". To the left was another row of welcoming pine trees. Behind the hall was a signboard that read "Welcome". To the right was a row of rooms with closed doors.

The Daoist introduced, "The main hall in front will only be opened during the grand ceremony. The Sect Leader is waiting for you at the reception hall. The ones on the right are for the chores in Mount Shu." Afterwards, he led the two to the reception hall.

The Sect Leader of Mount Shu, Daoist Master Qingyang, was not the white-bearded old man that Nie Changfeng had imagined. Instead, he was a thirty-year-old middle-aged man with sharp eyebrows, eyes like lightning, and a face as sharp as a knife.

Seeing that Nie Changfeng had appeared, Daoist Master Qingyang cupped his hands in salute and said, "I didn't know that Palace Master Nie has come from afar. I hope that you'll forgive me for not coming to greet you." Due to the fact that the Heavenly Path Base was called the "Heavenly Path Palace" by the cultivation world, Nie Changfeng had also been addressed as Palace Master Nie. This title made Nie Changfeng uncomfortable for a long time. He always thought of it as sounding like a "princess".

Nie Changfeng returned the courtesy and said, "I've heard a lot about Mount Shu. I only came today to ask for your forgiveness, Sect Leader."

Nie Changfeng was the first to express his gratitude for the support of Mount Shu during the Pill Assembly. After a round of pleasantries, Nie Changfeng went straight to the point and asked Mount Shu why they were unwilling to join the Star River Association since they were opposed to the actions of the Three Mountain Alliance.

Daoist Master Qingyang also said directly, "Mount Shu is just a little bit more famous, and its power is not stronger than Penglai. There are two main reasons why Mount Shu can stand up to them; the first is to guard against the Devil Realm. This is a very arduous job, and countless talented disciples of Mount Shu fall in battle with the Devil Realm before they can grow up."

He continued, "Second, I, Mount Shu, have never chosen to stand in teams. With my strength, I can only barely defend myself from the Demon World's attack in this passageway. I don't have the strength to care about other matters."

Nie Changfeng deeply agreed with Spiritual Master Qingyang's answer. "Rest assured," Qingyang said. "No matter what, I, Mount Shu, will not go against the morals to be associated with animals!" Nie Changfeng once again expressed his deep gratitude. He wasn't dissatisfied with the results, on the contrary, he admired Mount Shu even more. He believed that Mount Shu and the Ancestral Guard were both great existences.

Although Mount Shu did not join the alliance, Nie Changfeng knew that they were already trustworthy partners. Mount Shu had been battling all year round, and had consumed a great deal of resources. They were considered the poorest of the top powers. The top powers had taken turns to provide reinforcements for Mount Shu, assisting them in defending the Devil's Passage.

Due to Mount Shu being poor and having spent all their resources on their blades, the small world's communication facilities were well-established due to years of fighting. As such, Nie Changfeng wasn't willing to spend a large amount of money to purchase the "phone", and thus, he generously gave out thousands of "mobile phones" to Mount Shu, since Mount Shu was already connected to the outside world; therefore, he had to communicate with the outside world.

Nie Changfeng also promised that if Mount Shu were to encounter any danger, he would notify the Star River Union and the Alliance would spare no effort to assist Mount Shu.
