The Oycungco's were having a meeting when I reached their house. I can hear the commotion that there's someone enter the place and planted some bombs.

There's a small window on their rooftop, so Mike and I go there and I command him to open the window for me. I made a loop using a tightrope and I silently wore it to his neck.
