~SOME HOURS LATER~

Alexa stretched her hands till she heard the sound of her bones adjusting and cracking, she grabbed the book which was on top of the table and flipped through the pages then when she saw the lady page she stopped reading at, she smiled in content and sat on her small chair.

When she was so engrossed in what she was reading, she heard a knock and that made Alexa to frown, she was alone and she doesn't normally have visitors except from the neighbours, but this was 04:00PM and none of her neighbours we're back at this time.

Alexa pushed the creepy feeling which was beginning to grow inside her chest and walked to open the door, when the door was opened....it was a guy who stood there, he was around 20 and had a round thick glasses on.

"Hey"He waved at her with a smile on his face.

"Hi, uhmmm....how may I help you?, It seems like you are at the wrong door"Alexa muttered.

"No, am not, my name is Kevin and am your new neighbor next door"Kevin said and Alexa muttered an "oh" before nodding.

"Nice to meet you"Alexa smiled and realization now dawned on her that her new neighbor looked damn exhausted, his eyes were barely open.

"Sorry for my rudeness, please come in"Alexa said pointing at inside her small but simple sitting room.

"No thanks, am about to go to mine now, just wanted to know more about my neighbor"kevin chuckled and walked away.

Alexa frowned before closing the door, her new neighbor kevin, he was acting a little weird.

It was exactly 12:24AM in the morning and Alexa was still awake, ofcourse it was her 18th birthday, anyone would be awake but that wasn't actually the reason that she was awake.

She stood in front of her mirror and sighed upon seeing her reflection on the mirror, if anybody could have told her that she would do such a thing, she could have slapped the person but here she is, putting on a short red single handed gown which stopped at her mid thighs.

She applied light make up and her black high heels were so damn long that she isn't so sure whether she could walk confidently without tripping.

The dress and heels she wore was a birthday gift given to her when she was 16 by Mrs Diana, the owner of the orphanage where she grew up.

"Is already 12:00AM, Are you going or not!!"Alexa yelled at her reflection on the mirror, her legs were actually shaking because she was about to do something she never expected she would ever do in her life.

She was going to a club!

She just felt like seeing how the outside world looked for a while, she was a girl who abstained from s3x and guys because she saw it as a distraction and she didn't care at that time.

But now!, She was an adult, she never knew that getting to eighteen years could make her so courageous.

Alexa took a breathe in calming herself then when she felt that she was calm enough, she walked out of the house..

It was a club next to her house which runs every 24 hours even at midnight. She opened the door and walked into the club and immediately she did, she used her hands to cover her ears because of the loud hip-hop music echoing around the club.

Alex suddenly wished that she should dig a hole and bury herself when she slipped and pushed a bottle of whiskey that a waiter was holding down to the floor then it shattered into pieces.

Everyone's attention had already snapped towards her and that was what she hated the most, attention, she could feel their gaze burning deep into her skin.

Some guys were already undressing her with their gaze but Alexa managed to stand her ground, she took a breathe in before putting some amount of courage and walking towards a mini bar counter.

"Hi"She smiled at the guy who was in charge of serving the drinks.

"Hello beautiful lady, how may I help you?"He winked

"Can I have a bottle of drink, like any strong drink"Alexa mumbled and he nodded before grabbing a bottle of vodka and dropping it in front of her.

"Here it is"He said, uncapping her drink and placing a glass cup next to her before leaving to attend to other customers.

It didn't take up to ten minutes and Alexa was so damn drunk, good!, This was what she wanted, she came here to be wild tonight and the drink was really working.

"Miss, can we have a dance?"A good looking guy muttered, he had a jacket on with nothing inside and that exposed his delicious muscles which had tattoos around it.

Just by looking at the tattooes, it reminded her more of Jayden, Jayden also had tattooes which emerged from the right side of his neck and ran down his chest which caused Alexa drooling at school.

"Sure, why not"She laughed and grabbed his hand then he pulled her towards the dance floor and that was when she showed the inner crazy side of her.

She danced, shaked and rubbed her butt on his sh*ft, the vodka was really messing with her brain because to Alexa, it felt like she was on top of the world.

On top of the world, where no one was there to disturb her and she could do anything she want without getting disturbed, scolded or distracted.

But suddenly she was pulled away from the guy and ended up landing on a much more muscular arms.

"Stay away from her!!"

"Am sorry, Primus Jayden, I didn't know she was yours, it wouldn't happen again"The guy bowed and ran away as fast as she could.

"Why did you drink, this not what you do, what came over you"Jayden said clearly displeased with what just happened now.

"Only one shot, don't be stingy"Alexa muttered and chuckled.

"Hottie..."Alexa trailed off as she grabbed his chin bringing his face closer to hers.

"Your so f**king hot, why don't we do something meaningful"She smiled, her cheeks a light shade of pink.
