C3 It's her

"It is her," he exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air and running out of the café.He looked both left and right, but the empty road was all he could see. A moment ago, she was standing there, staring with those doe like purple eyes, but in an instant, she was gone—vanishing into thin air. It cannot be his imagination, right? It cannot be a delusion once more, right?

Ana came running out of the cafe"Iden... what's wrong?"

He pivoted to locate Anna . "Nothing," he said, pausing for a moment before taking her hand and pulling her away "let's go."

With great strides, he left the place, determined not to waste any more time and to tell her nothing. Just as they were leaving, a black figure emerged from behind a large tree not far from the café. She lit the cigarette while leaning against the tree, and in just one puff, half of it turned into ashes that disappeared into thin air and fell to the ground. Her cigarette and smoking style were not as elegant as the ladies out there, but rather ruffian.

A man stood at the French window of the city's tallest building, and nobody knew what he was thinking. His flawless, fair skin gleamed in the intense sunlight. James, his assistant, was unable to look away from him. Though he had traveled the world, he has never seen a man as attractive as him. He was scared that if he were asked to marry him, he would not decline even though he was not gay. "Have you discovered anything?"He spoke turning back.

With a low but deep voice, he came back to his senses, what was he thinking? He must be going crazy. "Yes, boss." he answered. "This file contains the report." The file remained on his desk.

What is it? With a frown, he asked, unable to open the file as he sat there staring at it.

"Miss Stone spent a year in the cell. Based on our inquiry and the police hypothesis, she attempted suicide multiple times due to depression. She used to scream and cry at night and remain silent and aloof during the day. It was spread in the cell, she was hunted by ghosts but according to doctors, she was mentally ill....

he paused.

"And then," Iden questioned, gazing at file on his desk.

James observed the man seated behind the table, his fingers crossed over his chin, his eyes deadpan, difficult to make out any emotion but his voice was gravelly. Having worked with him for years, he knew him better than anyone else.

"Then …" James spoke again, "She was committed to a mental institution. Only mentally ill life-sentenced prisoners are sent. They are either used for medical experiment or their body parts used for the benefit of patients in the name of treatment."

"After being there for two years, no one knows what happened to Miss Stone or even if she is still alive."

"She can't die." Iden's serene countenance and baritone concealed his internal turmoil and he motioned for him to get out.

James exited his office , but he could guess how he was feeling right now. After all, he was the witness to everything that happened in his life.

Iden didn’t react for long. After hours, he was still in the same position as when James left him.

"Iden I am not sure when, where, or how I fell in love with you.

"Iden thank you for everything, thank you for loving me so much."

“Because I knew you would never let me fall.”

“Iden I left everything behind to be with you, and I am willing to share the life that you are leaving.

"Because you are my only dream."

"Iden, please believe me: I am innocent."

"Please save me, Iden."

"Iden Ruan, we are done for this life."

Her voice kept running through his mind, overlapping one after the other, and he tugged his hair hard. "Is this what he wanted? If so, why is he experiencing excruciating pain in both his heart and head?

The devil returned to haunt him when he pulled the photo out of his drawer and began to gradually calm down. 'She got what she deserved.' 'There was nothing to regrate.' He calmed down a bit but his heart still hurt. 'Could it be that she is dead and he sees her soul everywhere? No, she cannot die. This is not what he wanted. He will find her and tie her to his side, not allowing her to run again.

.......................................................

A middle-aged man was sleeping in the master bed of an opulent villa room, holding a fair, gorgeous woman in his arms. The man who slept next to her was twice as old as she was. His cell phone rang incessantly. He began berating the person on the other end of the phone for bothering him at this hour, not even bothering to glance at the caller ID. He had only listed one line and was almost out cold.

" Boss, she is back. "

His breath was erratic, his heart seemed to have stopped beating, and he was sweating profusely on his back. He screamed in pain.

"Kill... kill her kill her right away. "

"What's the matter? Please calm down baby." The woman tried to coax him. soothing his back.

"Don't touch me you betch." he yelled "Fuck the hell out of here." The women startled.

A figure in a long black jacket with a mask and hood covering her face, climbed a large banyan tree to reach the second-floor balcony. Her movements were clean and quick, and she opened the balcony door with ease. She knew the elegant and beautiful figure sleeping soundly on the bed did not have the habit of locking the door.

But the sound of footsteps woke her up from her sleep.

"What... What are you doing..."
