C5 He was sick

Tall, obstinate trees dancing to the light breeze and the sounds of passing birds as the dew on their leaves kisses the morning sun. The cutton in the white-painted room lifted a speck, and sunbeams fell on the sleeping man on the bed. His eyes quivered twice as he heard greetings from his associates. The first view he saw was not the beautiful one he dreamed about every night, but a white ceiling, and he realized he was in a hospital room.

"What'm I doing here?"

His voice was hoarse and his head was heavy. He even felt a sort of pain in his neck.

"Boss, we found you fainted and were unconscious all night. You had fever, the doctors said, you should stay under observation and rest for the next few days."

He was surprised to learn that the night before he had a fever. He appeared to have seen her and even hugged her, as far as he could recall. But how did he end up passing out in the street? How come she disappeared? Once more, was it an illusion or a dream? No, that is not possible to be a dream or a delusion. He hugged her, took her into his arms and felt her there. She was waiting for him in the cold and wet weather. She called his name... it couldn't be a dream.' 'Then where did she disappear again?'

"Have you seen anyone around? "

He corroborated

"No, you were lying on the ground, and nobody else was there." Jems shook his head.

The man was not there when Jems went inside to get him a cup of coffee. He scoured ubiquitously but did not track down. After only checking the surveillance found him running downstairs but it was already an hour ago. He was concerned that something had gone wrong. He went down but his car was still in the garage. After looking around, he found him near the fountain, lying on a ground. He wondered what compelled him to jog here in the middle of the night.

"Give me the surveillance footage from the last night." Iden spoke again,he wanted to verifying something.

"Boss! I checked the cameras last night, but the ones in the streets and gardens are not working."

He ran his hands through his thick and shiny black hair in frustration, and their conversation came to an end when a cylinder figure appeared. She looked elegant her sense of style demonstrated her family's wealth, and she was set to marry the most noble man in the country.

"I brought black chicken soup and breakfast. I cooked it for the entire morning." She set the most exquisite, unimaginably expensive breakfast on the table. She did not want to be lacking in anything, since she did not know what he really liked.

"Why don't you take care of yourself? I am really angry." She pouted like a spoiled child. She approached him and attempted to assist him in rising slightly to sit. She was stopped, though, by one of the bodyguards who entered with the nurse.

The nurse entered the medical cart and approached him. She gently leaned in to take his temperature and assisted him in adjusting his pillow. This smell, the scent of her collagen, is very familiar. He closed his eyes and breathed in, while she held his hand to insert an IV drop. His eyes snapped open as her gentle touch electrocuted him. He stroked her touch with his thumb, his gaze never leaving her busy figure. She never looked at him or anyone else.

His eyes trailed her as she turned back. Her eyes swept across the breakfast table. She pushed her cart and spoke under the mask." At this time, anything but porridge will be detrimental to his health." She proceeded without looking back. Leaving the astounded man behind.

"Halt"Iden snapped.

"Stop her!" he yelled again, pulling out the IV drip. This voice ,it's her. Even in his death, he could never forget her voice. It's her it's definitely her. His steps were vulnerable and clumsy.

"Iden don’t move. " Aana yelled and refused to let him move. He shoved her dashing outside.

"Ellaya," he saw the nurse moving forward with her cart. He ran after her, grabbed her arm, and yanked the white mask off her face. The young nurse was terrified, but also in awe of the beauty before her.

"I apologize," he said.

She was not her, someone else. Once again, he was duped and left with a question mark. However, he was positive about one thing: the woman from last night and the nurse, or those purplish eyes, were real and not just a dream.

She was there, hiding her presence somewhere around him. Nonetheless, he swore he would find her and punish her as he pleased. This time, instead of wondering as before, he calmly returned to his room.

In the dark utility room, her knees went weak and she slid down. She was still wearing nurse's clothes. She did not sob or cry but could not even control her tears. Last night, she was so caught up in her memories that she had no idea he had appeared in front of her and hugged her. For a brief moment, she forgot about her own presence and reminisced about the past, hugging him back and calling his name as she had done years ago.

She quickly came to her senses and inserted a needle into the pressure point where a healthy and tough man like him could lose consciousness and fall to the ground. She took him to the flowerbed and waited for James to arrive. hiding under the tree she watched him be taken to the hospital but lost her reason to follow him. She promised herself she would never cry for this man again, but his simple hug proved her wrong. Sitting under the tree, she cried all night. When the sun rose again the logging to see him bring her to the hospital and knocked out the nurse to exchange clothes with her. Her cell phone beeped, shattering the quiet of the utility room.

As she read out, a massage pooped up and her heartbeat quickened.

"You will regret your life if you do not show up."
