C11 Chapter 11-Girlfriend alert.

I was so angry as I drove back home,I have never felt so insulted in my life but I didn't feel like retaliating I wasn't that type of man,I hardly even got angry I just want to leave a peaceful and quiet life and I won't let some crazy lady get in the way.

Stalking her? I scoffed.

How can she accuse me of stalking her when she practically appears everywhere I go,I should be the one who accuses her of doing so.

She wasn't even pretty and also wore a black jean and leather jacket. It's as if it's the only cloth she has,in the four times we have met that's all I have seen her wear.

But wait a minute, is she actually stalking me? Nah there was no way she would do that,what would she gain from it?

I have never met an unbelievably rude and unpredictable woman in my whole life.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when my phone started ringing. It was Jennifer, my girlfriend.I smiled and answered the call.

"Hi babe,are you home?I want to come over to your house soon" Jennifer soft voice said.

She always talked so softly that I couldn't understand what she said.

Her voice was so petite and nice to hear.

"Am driving on my way home". I replied.

"You should have told me you were driving,it's not good to answer a call while driving". She scolded me and I chuckled a bit.

Jennifer often scolds me when I do something wrong,it wasn't the harsh type of scolding but the loving type that gives me butterflies in my stomach and I just love it and I won't do what she asks me not to again,that's how hooked she has me.

"It's not funny. I'm hanging up. I will see you in an hour. I love you.'' Jennifer said.

"Love you too". I replied as she hung up.

She was just the perfect type of woman for me,she scolds me and corrects me. Have I forgotten she's an excellent cook but there are times when we can't help but argue but we always resolve it quickly that I have no doubt she was the one for me.

Hearing her voice now made me forget that rude lady. Maybe it's because of Jennifer that I couldn't hit a lady. My mother taught me well and I never forgot any of her teaching.

"Never hit a woman no matter what she did". She said it into my ears each day and now it was in my heart.

I sped up so I could home and prepare for Jennifer's visit. My house wasn't out of order since I barely stayed at home because of work but I needed to make sure.

When I got to the garage I speedly took the groceries and got into the elevator. There was a man there and his face looked familiar. He had a bandage on his lips. His eye was a bit swollen. You could tell he was punched.

"What are you staring at!"He snarled at me but I kept my gaze on him.

I didn't hit a lady doesn't mean I would back down to a man.

"Your face looks familiar,do I know you?". I asked, ignoring the angry look on his face.

"I haven't seen you before so stop staring at me!". He yelled.

I know I have seen him somewhere but I couldn't remember,I wasn't one to forget a face. The elevator door opened and I walked out of the elevator and turned to him.

"Sorry, maybe it's because of your swollen face that made me mistake you for someone else". I said and I saw a vein pop out on his head but the elevator closed before he could come out and I walked down the hallway to my door and then opened it and when I got in I burt's our laughing,it wasn't funny one bit but it has been such a long time since I joked about something and even though I wasn't laughing with anyone I still found it funny.

After I had laughed to my fill,I cleaned up the house even though it was clean and went into the kitchen to unpack the groceries and make a hamburger for Jennifer.

In the four years we have dated that was her favorite food and it still is,there was not a day she would come over to my house that I won't make a hamburger for her.

Jennifer And I have been friends since highschool but we started dating four year ago after we met again in a highschool reunion.I was so happy to see her because she was one of my closest friends then.I was even happier when we hit it off immediately and started dating.

She didn't even think twice when I asked for her number and asked her out on a date, we were staying in the same country so it made it easier.

"Thinking about me?". Jennifer asked and I turned back surprised to see her smiling at me.

"When did you get here?". I asked as she walked closer and gave me a hug.

"I sneakily can scare you but I saw you smiling happily and I couldn't do it anymore". She pouted.

She looked so cute when she did that,this was why I looked at her. Her small round face looked like that of a child's and she always acted like a child with no care in the world. Maybe that's why I was attracted to her because she was simply amazing.

"Are you making a hamburger for me?". She asked as she disengaged from the hug.

"Yes for you, pretty miss". I replied and she chuckled.

I made two hamburgers,one for her and one for myself and we ate it with drinks as we watched a movie in the living room.

"Are you sleeping over today?". I asked.

"Yes ...or did you want me to go home?". She asked.

"No I don't". I chuckled.

I wanted to stay with her every day but I couldn't since we both had to work. Jennifer is a new reporter,one of the pretty ones and I watched the news everyday so I could see her.

"So anything interesting happens at work this week?". I asked curiously.

"Just the same old flirting but I got a man so they have to back off". She replied.

Jennifer is beautiful so I won't be surprised at that,I needed to put a ring on that finger and make her mine forever but the last time I spoke about marriage she was uncomfortable with it and said she was at the peck of her career and didn't want any distractions and I never bought it up till now that was last year I was planning on trying again but I didn't want to put her in a tight spot.

"Did something happen to you or is it the usual boring office day?". She asked, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Nothing happened.. except for some crazy lady I met, I have never come across someone like that before". I replied.

"Where did you meet her?". Jennifer asked.

"The lady that damaged my car I saw her in the mini mall today and she was still as rude as I remember and didn't feel sorry for anything she did". I explained.

I didn't want to bring up her slapping me. I don't want to even remember her.

"Wow you should avoid people like that who always bring trouble". Jennifer advised as she took the remote and changed the channel.

"You don't need to tell me twice ...I don't want to see that lady again". I said.

"Enough of some crazy lady why don't we enjoy our alone time". Jennifer smiled as she snuggled closer to me and rested her head on my chest.

"Sure " I said as I patted her head.

"Do you like kids?". I asked out of the blue and I felt her go rigid.

"Yes". She muttered.

Maybe she knew what I wanted to ask next so I dropped it.

"I just find them cute, that's all,I want you to go with me to Daniel's wedding''. I said changing the topic.

I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable.

"If I am free I will go with you". She replied.

"You have to promise me you would go with me". I insisted.

"Fine I will go for you". She replied and I kissed her head.

I love this woman.
