C24 Chapter 24- enraged

Jennifer's Pov.

I drove off and headed back home. I was so engaged when I got back home that I didn't even care to know that my fiance Daniel was with me.I just walked into my room and slammed the door shut as I tossed my hand bag on the bed and sat down beside it.

I was not in the mood for his nagging at this moment,he can go out and have fun but I can't even breathe in this house without him complaining.

I was really fed up with this.

Gosh!!

How dare that lady come between me and Sabastian!!

She knows nothing of our relationship yet she had to poke her nose into it.

Gosh !!!

I was boiling with rage at the nerves she had talking to me in such a manner and pushing me down to the floor,she punished Jennifer down.

That was the highest level of insult I have received and I would definitely make her regret this.

Heck I didn't even know who she was or if she even knew Sabastian.

Come to think of it, they didn't seem friendly toward each other,she did ask him if he was talking to her. Is she Sabastian's neighbor? That must be the only explanation she must be his neighbor and she helped him out.

Was Sabastian that desperate to get rid of him that he had to pretend to know a stranger? Seriously, this was annoying.

Jenny....baby are you okay?". Daniel, my fiance , asked as he knocked on my door.

Daniel and his questions.

Oh my gosh!!!

I took a deep breath.

"Let me be Daniel!!". I shouted at the top of my lungs and with that Daniel walked away from my day. He just doesn't know when to take a hint.

Didn't he see that I was annoyed? Must he come at this moment to knock on the door and ask how I was doing. He was acting like a good man all of a sudden and it disgusts me.

What should I do about Sabastian? Should I hire a private investigator who would follow him around? No, that would be going extra Miles.

Seriously I was so angry,I dressed to kill and that crazy lady had to be at that moment and take Sabastian away from me.

I had a plan and it involved things I wasn't proud of but one thing I know for sure that Sabastian was mine and nobody is going to take him away from me unless I let him go.

Hump!!

I stood up from the bed and headed into the bathroom to take a refreshing shower as I devised more plans.

Snow's pov

I couldn't stop laughing even when I got into my bike and drove away. This was absolutely hilarious.I have never experienced such a thing before.

I was just here looking for someone that borrowed money from us and then I ran into a complicated reunion and now Sabastian's ex might think that I was his new girlfriend.

The thought of that made me cringe. The lady has no self respect for herself.

Just because she looked beautiful and could make men trip over her doesn't mean she should try and intimidate me, if only she knew who she was playing with.

Seriously, that woman has some nerves coming up to me.I didn't even do anything to her because she made me laugh.I laughed to my heart's content so I thought I would just ignore her.

My phone started ringing and I stopped the bike and fished it out.

It was Edward.

Why the heck is this freak calling me!!!

I didn't want to answer his call but I knew it must be something important that would make him call me so I picked up the call.

"I found the person you are looking for". Edward said.

He shows better not to waste my time and get straight to the point.

"Where is he ?". I asked.

Well....he is dead... we weren't the only ones he was owning and so the people beat us to killing him". Edward explained and I scoffed.

"Who told you I was going to do anything to him,I just needed the money he owed,now that's his dead, where am I going to get it from". I gritted out angrily.

Who would be stupid enough to kill someone owing him money??

Heck I haven't even gotten my money back!!!

"Who killed him?". I asked angrily.

"That's….. that's why I was calling you…..Boss said you should return and not do anything". Edward replied.

If Boss got involved with them I know who killed him and they were going to give back that money.

"Boss asked you to return back to base now". Edward said and I just felt like punching him.

"And....when did you start ordering me around?". I asked in a low voice that promised pain.

The nerve Edward has ordering me around I would make sure he regrets it.

"I wasn't……". Edward tried to speak.

"Shut your damn mouth!!". I shouted thunderously.

"I asked him to call you". I suddenly heard the Boss's voice on the line.

Oh my goodness!!!!

Was Boss there the whole time??

I had something else to eat Edward up for.

"Return back to base Snow and don't make any move,the man is dead, the money is gone". Boss said to me but I wasn't fine with that order.

No one dared cross me,it wasn't about the money, it was about killing someone I was after,it was the worst thing anyone could ever do.

After all the times I wasted looking for him this was definitely not going to end this way I was going to catch whoever did this.

" I give you twenty minutes to return….Snow don't disobey my order". Boss warned.

"Yes boss,I'm on my way back to base". I replied and the call ended.

"Ah!!!". I shouted and I startled a woman walking by and she turned and stared at me.

"What you looking at!". I yelled at her and she scurried away frightened.

This was the most annoying thing ever,how could the boss order me to come back when he knows how angry I was.

I hated my efforts going to waste and I put in a lot of effort in this.

Should I actually obey that order or should I go and look for the person who killed that man to get my money back.

I dialed someone's number angrily and he answered at the first ring.

"Who killed the man I was looking for?" I asked.

"The boss…". The person tried to say.

"Forget about that and answer the question!!". I snapped at him.

"You will get yourself into trouble Snow". He told me.

"That's my business answer the damn question". I replied.

It was my business and no body else's.

I will accept my punishment but I won't let that person go.
