C3 I Have to Call the Police!

"Thank you!"

Shilo was drooling over the man's handsome features as he took the bag from her.

However, she didn't notice that the zipper of the bag was not fastened properly.

The instant she took the bag from his hands, two square-shaped things fell out of the bag and fell to the ground.

The two pairs of eyes fell on the small things on the ground and fell silent at the same time.

Shilo struggled to move her gaze away from the things on the ground. As she slowly raised her head, she prayed in her heart that the man in front of her did not see anything.

Her beautiful fingers rubbed her phone as she stood quietly at the doorway and thought for two minutes. Suddenly, she thought of an excellent idea.

She turned around with a smile and walked to the left of the corridor. She stopped at the staircase of the safe passage and dialed 110.

"Hello, I want to report this case."

Shilo leaned against the white brick wall and spoke in a low voice with a high-pitched voice, "Someone is prostitution inside Room 9031 of Spring Hotel. Sir, please hurry up, or they will leave in a moment."

After Shilo called the police, she hung up the phone and smiled. She squatted in the corridor with a good mood, playing games on her phone while waiting for their retribution.

Although she had no feelings for the man in the room, since he hadn't broken up with her yet, he had to be loyal to her.

Since he had betrayed her, he deserved to be punished.

The police in A City were very professional.

It was almost seven o'clock, but in less than five minutes, six police officers had already arrived.

Since the police officers were all wearing plain clothes, the hotel staff had no idea that there were police officers here. As such, they did not have time to inform the guests who were doing illegal activities in the hotel.

When Shilo saw the six police officers walking out of the elevator, she turned around and pretended that she was just a passerby.

The six police officers walked straight to Room 9031. They looked at each other and one of the older police officers stepped forward and knocked on the door lightly.

The noise from inside stopped.

In less than two seconds, a man's voice came from inside the room. "What are you doing?"

"Sir, hello. I'm here to deliver your dinner."

The person inside the room was silent for a moment before he said, "Nonsense. When did we order?"

The police officer was obviously very experienced. He said politely, "Sir, come out and take a look. This is the meal you ordered twenty minutes ago. It was delivered to Room 9031. There's no mistake."

"How disappointing!"

Inside the room, Mercer glanced at the woman beside him and got out of bed unhappily.

When they heard the light footsteps in the room, the police officers looked at each other in dismay. One of the police officers had already cuffed him.

The moment the door opened, the police officers showed their proof and said sternly, "The police are conducting a routine inspection. Please cooperate."

Before Mercer could react, a policeman took out handcuffs and cuffed him.

The policeman said coldly, "The country is currently fighting against prostitution. How dare you be so arrogant in the hotel? You are not putting us in your eyes."

Mercer stared blankly at the police officers. When he realized what was happening, his face turned pale.

He never thought that he would be caught by the police just because he wanted to play with the woman he had just dated.

"Officer, are you mistaken? She is my girlfriend. We didn't do anything illegal!"

"Are you really a couple?"

One of the police officers asked in disbelief.

Mercer nodded his head vigorously. He really hoped that his relatives and friends could come over and testify for him.

He really didn't do anything illegal.

"Put on your clothes first. As for whether you did anything illegal, we will investigate thoroughly. We definitely won't wrong you."

The older police officer looked into the room as he spoke. He was disgusted by the messy scene in the room. He frowned and said, "Miss, please put on your clothes."

On the red bed, Serene looked at the door in panic. She used a blanket to wrap her body tightly.

'Damn it, how did this happen?!'

Shilo looked at Mercer from afar and scoffed in disdain.

'You guys are a couple, so what am I?'

When her gaze met Mercer's handcuffed figure, she pretended to be stunned.
