When Nick arrived, he found out that the yellow dog was a female dog.

It was lying on the grass and howling. It had been howling for a long time, so its voice was a little hoarse.

In this house, there was an old man, a dog, and a few old furniture.

Allie was stroking the yellow dog's head by the grass. Her hand was gentle, but it was clear that the dog and the human were communicating with each other in a difficult way. She had yet to solve the problem of the yellow dog's labor.

She turned around and looked at him as if she was seeking his help. A few seconds later, Nick squatted down. There were no medical gloves here, so he could only use his own hands. He pressed on the yellow dog's belly. After confirming the position, he said, "It should be a bad position. Let it turn around and walk two steps."

The old lady shouted anxiously, "Ah Huang, quickly get up!"

The yellow dog seemed to have received its master's order. Although it was very weak, it still stood up and walked two rounds. It then lay down again. Nick touched it again and confirmed the position. "It should be fine."

He was sure of his words.

Allie looked at him in disbelief. He was from the Cardiology Department, so he shouldn't know about the gynecology department. Besides, he was treating an animal. However, there were always areas that were connected in medical science.

Allie heard Ah Huang cry a few times, and a naked black dog came out of its delivery canal. It was only the size of a palm, but Allie shouted excitedly, "It is born! It is born! Anita, Ah Huang is born!"

She could hear her voice from the small house, as if she was very happy.

"There should be more than one. Four." Nick put the first puppy aside and welcomed the second, the third, and the fourth. He took out the placenta and gave birth to the puppy.

The four different colored and colorful puppies were lying beside Ah Huang. Ah Huang had closed his eyes from exhaustion from the delivery, and Allie and Nick were covered in blood.

Fortunately, the delivery was successful.

Anita was very happy.

"You are really Ah Huang's savior. I was really afraid that it wouldn't be born," Anita thanked him.

Allie used warm water to wipe Ah Huang clean. She patted his head and said gently, "Ah Huang has become a mother. It's so good. Look at how obedient your baby is."

He got up and looked down at her movements. Her movements were delicate and gentle, as if she was holding all the tenderness in the world in her hands. It was only because of her that he stopped to save the old man on the side of the road. It was also because of her that he liked her so much.

"Miss Potter, you like it so much. After a month, you can catch one and raise it," Anita said to her.

Allie looked up and said happily, "Can I?"

"Yes, you can. Choose whichever you like!"

Allie caressed the four puppies. The eldest was a black dog, the second was a spotted dog, the third was a yellow dog, and the fourth was a white dog.

She was at a loss for words. She looked at Nick and wanted to get an answer from him. Nick stared at the last dog. "It!"

It was the last puppy. It was white and looked like a snowball.

"Alright, I'll choose you. Ah Huang, take your baby away. Will you be sad? I'll allow you to come and eat with me, okay?" She told Ah Huang.

She was living in her own world. She knew that the dog would not respond, but she still wanted to communicate with it. Nick could not understand her other emotions.

He had chosen the white dog because she was called Allie.

He washed the blood off his hands in the well water and walked back to the clinic.

On the way back, Allie took the initiative to ask, "Dr. Nick, what do you think we should name it?"

"Ah?"

"Dog!"

He looked up and answered in two seconds, "White fruit."
