C7 I Was Humiliated

Ann Xiaomin felt an overwhelming urge to kill Gu Junbai. This twisted individual not only sought to humiliate her but also had another man, someone significant to her, Mr. Xiurann, witness the entire ordeal from the bedside. She couldn't let him succeed.

Ann Xiaomin struggled fiercely, but it was in vain. Ultimately, Gu Junbai got his way. Fortunately, just before she was completely exposed, Gu Junbai tossed a thick comforter over Gu Xiurann, covering him from head to toe. With the blanket's thickness, there was no way he could see what was happening outside.

Not having to endure the shame of Mr. Xiurann witnessing her humiliation firsthand provided Ann Xiaomin some psychological relief, though her body continued to suffer. Gu Junbai, like a beast in heat, unleashed his desires upon her, ignoring her cries. This torment only ended after three grueling hours, leaving Ann Xiaomin unconscious.

Gu Junbai then removed the blanket from Gu Xiurann's head, revealing Ann Xiaomin's bruised and battered form on the bed. "See clearly—she's my woman, not someone you can covet."

What could be more infuriating than watching the woman you love be violated by another man? Gu Xiurann's eyes burned with rage as he looked at the devastated Ann Xiaomin. His deep eyes were shrouded in a menacing darkness, unable to suppress the turmoil within his mind. Every cell in his body was consumed with hatred, and he stood like a volcano on the verge of eruption, fists clenched, staring intently at Gu Junbai.

"I'll kill you, Junbai. I swear I will."

...

Ann Xiaomin woke up again, feeling like her body had been shattered and put back together. The pain was unbearable, and just thinking about Junbai's ghostly face and what he had done made her shiver uncontrollably. The fact that Junbai had treated her like that right in front of Xiurann was beyond disturbing. What a monster.

Ann felt both wronged and upset, and she didn't want to stay in this unfamiliar place for another second. Ignoring the discomfort, she got up, dressed, and left the room. As soon as she opened the door, she saw Steward Ning standing there, not knowing how long he had been waiting.

"Great Young Madam, you're awake. Is there anything wrong? Do you need a doctor?" Steward Ning asked, noticing the bruises on Ann's neck and understanding just how badly Junbai had treated her. His eyes showed a hint of sympathy, though he tried to be discreet.

"No need."

Ann didn't bother to be polite to Junbai's people and headed straight downstairs. Steward Ning didn't mind her tone and, after a moment's thought, followed her to offer an explanation on behalf of his young master.

"Madam, yesterday the young master was indeed excessive, but it's not entirely his fault. His mother died because of the Second Young Master and his mother, so naturally, he harbors resentment. Seeing you so close with the Second Young Master on your wedding day upset him, and he acted out of anger. I hope you can understand."

Ann Xiaomin thought to herself how twisted Gu Junbai was, wondering why she should bother to understand him. Casually, she asked, "How did Gu Junbai's mother die?"

Steward Ning frowned slightly at Ann's lack of respect for the late matriarch, but before he could respond, a servant approached him, and he respectfully excused himself without answering.

Ann wasn't particularly interested in Gu Junbai's affairs. As she went downstairs, a servant reminded her, "Great Young Madam, breakfast is ready. You can eat whenever you like."
