C33 Disagreeing
A scream that could rival the pitch of a dolphin's echoed through the room, abruptly cutting off as quickly as it had erupted. Yang Chuxia was immediately reduced to tears by her own foolishness!
The very next second, Edi burst in like a tornado, exclaiming, "Chuxia, what's going on..." His voice trailed off suddenly!
Yang Chuxia lay on the bed, wrapped up tightly like a dumpling, with only her long, silky black hair and the upper part of her face visible. She gazed up at him with wide, innocent eyes.
Edi scanned the room quickly, ensuring nothing was amiss, then strode over to the bed, his brow furrowed in confusion. "What happened?" he asked.
Seeing Edi's imposing figure draw near, Yang Chuxia's heart raced, and her face flushed with heat as she stuttered, "Nothing! Absolutely nothing!"
Edi halted three steps from the bed, his eyes lingering on Yang Chuxia's face, now as red as a boiled shrimp. He swallowed, his expression one of knowing, and asked in a low, husky voice, "Are you sure everything's okay?"
Yang Chuxia nodded frantically. "Positive, it's fine!" Despite being cocooned in a blanket and wearing a shirt, the absence of her undergarments left her feeling utterly vulnerable. Edi's approach sent involuntary shivers through her.
Edi took a seat on the edge of the bed, the subtle scent of alcohol wafting from him. Dressed casually in a shirt, he appeared far more laid-back and soft than in his military uniform. His sharp eyebrows, deep blue eyes, prominent nose, and slightly upturned chin gave him a relaxed yet commanding presence.
His features were strikingly stern, and even his coarse black hair added to his rebellious allure. Yang Chuxia couldn't deny Edi's handsome appearance; his features were flawlessly sculpted, leaving no angle untouched. Being so close to him on the bed, his scent of alcohol grew intoxicating, nearly overwhelming her senses.
Then, Edi's voice, laced with innuendo, brushed her ear, "Though this approach may be somewhat brusque, it's undeniably effective! I'm more than willing to go along with you, Sergeant, to test whether I'm as cold as they say. Hmm..." His voice drew out the last note, thick with seduction.
Yang Chuxia's heart raced, and under the spell of desire, she inadvertently let out a moan, her voice dripping with allure. When she realized the sound she had made, she was mortified, stammering, "I, uh..."
Suddenly, everything went dark as her mouth was silenced, instantly filled with the rich, sweet scent of wine. Yang Chuxia's mind was blown, leaving her in a daze.
She stood there, wide-eyed and unblinking, fixated on the handsome face pressed against her lips.
Edi let out a low chuckle and moved his lips to her eyes.
Without thinking, Yang Chuxia closed her eyes, only then realizing she had completely fallen into Edi's embrace, surrounded by the intoxicating scent of hormones.
Her body was ablaze with heat, her thoughts in disarray. The blanket that had been wrapped around her was now mostly pulled away by Edi, his large hand wandering...
Wherever he touched, it felt like an electric shock, so pleasurable that she couldn't help but let out a soft moan. The sensation was exquisite!
Yang Chuxia forgot all about resisting, utterly lost in his advances. She reciprocated his tender yet commanding kiss, her hands tightly clinging to his lean, muscular waist.
It wasn't until they were both breathless that Edi finally lifted his head, his hand slipping under her shirt. His eyebrows lifted in surprise, and he let out a low hiss of astonishment. The Little Enchantress was going commando!
With her cheeks flushed, Yang Chuxia bit her lip and pushed against Edi's torso with all her might.
Edi's low laugh resonated, "You can't blame me for this; you're the one who tempted me!"
Indignant and embarrassed, Yang Chuxia retorted, "I did no such thing. You came over on your own! Get away."
Despite her vigorous resistance and her weak state that made her seem even more enticing, Edi was unyielding.
He pressed a deep kiss onto her lips, his gaze dark and profound, his voice rough with intensity, "Little Enchantress, you clearly have feelings for me, yet you deny it? Be careful, or I might have to enforce military discipline!"
Before Yang Chuxia could muster a response, Edi had already yanked away the remaining half of the blanket and tossed it aside. She tumbled across the bed, nearly falling off, when Edi's hand shot out and pulled her back to safety...
Yang Chuxia wasn't sure how long she had slept, but the sound of running water from the bathroom roused her. Edi had already risen to shower.
Lying there, she stared at the ceiling, feeling as though everything that had transpired with Edi was a distant, surreal dream. Yet, the aches in her body insisted it was all too real.
In truth, she was a girl with conservative, simple thoughts, but also incredibly stubborn and contrary. She would avoid doing anything unless absolutely necessary, but once she committed to an action, she would see it through without regret.
Having been intimate with Edi, she was determined not to wallow in regret. However, life had been tough since the loss of her parents, and the overwhelming pressure of her circumstances had ingrained a sense of inferiority within her.
Considering the vast difference between General Edi's status and her own, she admired him but never entertained the idea they could be a couple. In fact, before this, she couldn't have even imagined their relationship progressing to this point.
Her instincts screamed that she should keep her distance from General Edi. This incident was an accident, likely just a minor ripple in the general's life that would soon smooth over, returning to its previous calm.
After some thought, Yang Chuxia resolved to sever ties with Edi upon her return, focus on her military training, and carry on with her plans for revenge.
Emerging from the washroom with his hair still dripping, Edi was clad only in a towel around his waist, his muscular upper body bare and glistening. Noticing Yang Chuxia's fixed gaze on the ceiling, he realized her discomfort and suggested with ease, "You're awake. Go ahead and take a shower."
Yang Chuxia murmured an acknowledgment, avoiding Edi's gaze. Her eyes, however, drifted to the shredded shirt lying on the floor—a casualty of their fervent encounter.
Edi opened the wardrobe and effortlessly handed her a shirt. Yang Chuxia accepted the shirt, avoiding eye contact as much as possible, and whispered, "Turn around, please."
Obligingly, Edi turned his back to her and said, "You haven't had a chance to change. I've asked Sean to pick up some clothes for you. You can't keep wearing the same outfit."
With a nod, Yang Chuxia bit her lip, quickly slipped on the shirt, and hopped off the bed.
Suddenly, Edi spun around, seized her arm, and pressed her against the closet wall. He leaned in and planted a gentle kiss on her forehead, murmuring, "Go take a shower. I'll wait downstairs for Sean to deliver the clothes and then bring them up to you."
