" Mr. CM , don't worry.. after 5 hours you find yourself with a healthy body.. "

Dr. Vikash exclaimed The Chief Minister about Operation timing and also the donor 's kidney condition is so good that he will not be after transplant.

" I have full trust in you.. But why do you look so exhausted? Are you ok ? Or are you nervous? " The Chief Minister somehow worried after seeing Vikash red eyes and slightly dark circles under his eyes. He thought he must not get his good sleep in the night becoz of this Operation.

But he didn't know that his less sleep reason was the stress but his wife's love.

After hearing this Vikash couldn't stop himself and laughed out loud. Minister and his wife had his reaction after their questions and they felt awkward. They also wanted to laugh with him but they didn't dare to offend him because they didn't know the reason for his crazy laughter.

He was going to operate as a minister and by mistake they offended him and he took revenge in the operating room then. .

THE Chief Minister and his family properly investigated Dr.Vikash nature and working style. They heard some rumours on him that once a rich family ' s relative was hospitalized in Dr. Vikash 's hospital. It was a shootout case. Patient condition was critical because the bullet hit his left lung and stuck in it.

Dr Vikash rushed to hospital at midnight for Operation. And that family tried to threaten Dr. Vikash that if he failed to save their relative then they will sue him and his hospital will be dropped it's rating and fame from top to trash.

Dr. Vikash didn't react that time but he taught a good lesson to that family. He removed that patient 's left lung and left kidney. And said it's also damaged so he has to remove it.

That was the worst case he won that Operation but that patient lost his lung and kidney because of his family's foolish tantrums and dramas.

One of the staff who also participated in that Operation he told the family that " it was you people's fault. Dr.Vikash can win any worst case but you people distrusted him , scolded him and also threatened him. So he took revenge.

And if you dare to claim or investigate this matter none of the medical institutes will find what happened in operation theater now.

He is perfect to cover up his mistakes and misdeeds."

The matter was not finished that much. Dr. Vikash forced and pressured them to donate in his hospital and also succeeded to acquire 1crore (10 millions) as donation .

If they denied then he already made that patient 's fake medical history that that person is drug addicted , for giving them enough fear.

That family was trapped and did what he said. That family was not running a small business. In state level their company was standing in top 10 and in national place it was 15th ranked. If that fake report spread out all over then they lost their reputation. So they had no option but to fulfill Dr Vikash 's demands.

There were so many these kinds of rumours or could say facts..

So the Chief Minister and his wife were in an awkward situation; they were both frightened and also nervous.

After 1 min he finally controlled his laughter and said " Don't worry Sir. We , doctors , were properly trained for a 24 hours emergency. In my personal experience I got punishment for 2 weeks 24 duty in my 1st year of Master of Sergey. So be relaxed and entrusted me."

" We have full trust in you. He is just concerned for you. That's why he spouted nonsense. " Mrs.CM exclaimed and Tried to handle the situation.

Dr.Vikash understood why they both were frightened because of past rumours. But they didn't know that for Dr. Vikash this Operation was also important. If he could save the Chief Minister's life then it's benefits will he earn in future by giving service to politicians too. It will also help his new 2 hospitals which he is going to open this year.

Though this Operation is secret and news not covered by any media but still the Chief Minister and his family themselves will do publicity and suggest others to his hospital.

" ok.. sir… I am giving you anesthesia injection and then you will sleep. So don't think too much so your blood pressure also can control automatically.

As per your medical history , you also have asthma problems. So we are also ready for that too. And also we arranged extra bottles of blood because Operation took 5 hours or more maybe during Operation if you bleed more then it will help. Maybe after Operation you will feel more weakness becoz today I am going to remove your both kidneys . Ok.."

After confirming all pros and cons he ejected anesthesia. And The Chief Minister started feeling dizzy.

Stretcher was taken to OPD by hospital staff.

Out of OPD Mrs. CM was so nervous and worried for her husband but this Operation was totally secret so she couldn't allow her children or relatives with her nor she could call or talk to anyone.

Almost 90 mins passed but there was no news from the OPD . Mrs. CM. Was strolling outside the ward vaguely. She was shivering by fear and stress. Inside the OPD her beloved once going to lose both his kidneys and doctor will implant a new one. It's not ease t9 digest with that condition.

Inside the OPD, the assistant doctor suddenly panicked and said, " Doctor. . CM sir ' s blood pressure is getting low... "

" Then manage it. It's not my problem. I wanted it to be on 85 - 120.. and the nurse increased the blood transfusion a little more. He bled excessively. "

" Sir how can I control his blood pressure. He is bleeding excessively.."

" Doctor. .. are you entered in the OPD for the first time ? How could you give me a reason so childish ? It's just a hypovolemic shock. You can control it. Didn't you study in your medical course... handle the situation…. " DR. Vikash just coldly moked and scolded that assistant doctor and continued his work without any worry.

But the assistant doctor was still confused and nervous. He was shivering from fear and high stress.. The patient who was lying on the Operation desk was not a normal person , he was the Chief Minister of state. He can not take risks with his life.

He stared at Dr. Vikash who just ordered him and continued his work. As he informed the nurse also increased the blood transfusion speed. The other nurse shook the assistant doctor 's shoulder "Sir.. sir.. the pulses getting more low.. Do something... "

Then he dropped the reality and also Dr . Vikash realised that that doctor was in stress trauma. He just coldly sneered on him and said " increase oxygen supply.. you idiot. "

He did the same quickly. And in just 30 second situation became normal.

After 6 hours passed and the Operation theater door opened . The first person who came out was Dr. Vikash and two nurses. One was handling a file from which she was reading something and giving details and the 2nd one was just following them behind.

Mrs. CM stood up from the bench and walked to them with a heavy heart. She was not in condition to speak or ask more but just one word came out from her voice " he.. ?? "

" He is perfectly alright now Mrs.CM madam. Vikash's conversation broke with her question but he didn't bother by her questions, he just gently answered her.

There was no limit of joy and peace in her worried heart. She burst out in tears of happiness. She knelt down and thanked him for saving her husband. This was epic.

She was the wife of CM. A state's first person is CM. And his wife knelt down to a doctor to thank him for saving her husband 's life.

Vikash gestured to one nurse and she helped Mrs. CM to stand up.

"DON'T DO THIS MADAM… IT'S MY DUTY AS A DOCTOR. FOR ME AL MY PATIENTS ARE SAME.. I JUST WANTED TO REQUEST THAT PLEASE TAKE CARE OF DONOR'S FAMILY . "

With that he gently bent a little his head and left the first. He was not waiting for her answer becoz what he said was also a formality. CM already pays to thrise time more for a new kidney.

But it was just formality to say a few words to appreciate that donor lady's courage that she was easily ready for donation because of her children's education and better life.

In the evening. .

Sannu was busy with her little wonder and they were both waiting for Vikash. Sannu was teaching Aska how to write alphabets.

Suddenly the bedroom door opened and Vikash entered the room. He saw the scene and felt relaxed. Seeing these both beauties his all working stress disappeared .

" Pa..pa.. papa. .." Aska said with her broken tone and climbed down from.the bed. But Sannu suddenly got off of the bed and stopped her.

Vikash was confused why she stopped her. But then he quickly remembered and understood . Then he said " little girl wait for a few mins paps first take a bath and then we will play. "

He rushed to the bathroom with that. Sannu was again busy with her daughter.

When Vikash came out from the bathroom he found his daughter and his wife were not there . He became a little annoyed with "these both… " he checked the time on the wall clock and finally he sighed helplessly . He dressed up in his regular home cloths and went to downstairs for dinner with family

He just reached near the dining table and he heard some words " ok.. then I will tell Vikash for the visa process for New Zealand for a month .. but I am not allowing my little girl with you. Aska will not join you with your trip." His mother told her to Sandhya.

Vikash froze at the spot. There was no movement in his body like someone gave him some kind of drugs and he froze like a statue.

His mind was running wild with lots of thoughts . He closed his eyes for a while to control his emotions and at the same time his mind calmed down and he remembered something.

He opened his eyes and saw Sannu ' s dull face. He thought she was also not happy because his mother did not allow Aska with her .

He walked to the dining table , woty that he said " No.. she and Aska will both can ho for 15 days. Not more than that.. "

All were shocked and surprised. How he could allow so easily.

Sandhya was so happy after hearing his words. He hugged Aska who was sitting on her lap and eating her food peacefully.

" Yeeeeee.. my little doll , we are going abroad, to meet your grandparents and uncle. ." She hugged her tightly and placed a kiss on her soft smooth cheeks.

Then she turned her face to Vikash and just nodded with a satisfactory and thankful smile.

Her brother already successfully passed through his heart surgery and he was recovering there . So her family is still in New Zealand. Plus their visas were for 6 months so then could stay there , without worry.
