C2 Every Time

Jasmine trembled and did not dare to move. She hid in a flowerbed, surrounded by the mysterious whirlpool that protected her.

Was Noel dead?

Jasmine did not dare to think about it.

Suddenly, the flowerbed was blown apart by a few gusts of wind! A graceful woman stood in front of Jasmine.

"So you were hiding here."

It was Laura!

Jasmine was overjoyed. Laura was Noel's best friend, and she was like a sister to him.

She jumped out and said, "Look, Laura, save Noel! Someone suddenly came to my house. He's in danger!"

Jasmine was stunned when she heard this. She saw a row of men in black standing behind Laura.

Under the night sky, Laura's smile was sinister. "Look at you, unharmed. He really cares about you. He didn't care about himself and used all his energy to protect you. If it wasn't for you, he could have taken that thing and run away."

Jasmine's heart trembled. "You, you..."

"Yes, I called someone over tonight. Noel rejected me again and again just for a woman like you! Hehe, I, Laura, will let him know that this is the consequence of rejecting me!"

Laura raised her hand and a sharp blade was placed between Jasmine's neck. "It's a pity that you don't know how good he is. I really don't understand why he is so loyal to you."

"Goodbye, Jasmine. I wish you a bright future in your next life."

Jasmine did not dare to look at him anymore. She closed her eyes tightly and suddenly felt warm on her face!

A tall figure stood in front of her!

It was Noel!

There was no skin on his body. The thick smell of blood filled the air. Laura's knife had stabbed deeply into Noel's chest!

Laura was furious. "How many times do you want to save her?!"

"As long as I am alive... then it will be every time." Noel's breathing became unstable. He looked back at Jasmine and fell to the ground.

"Noel... Noel..." Jasmine sobbed.

This time, Noel could no longer stand up.

Laura slowly bent down and picked up a diamond ring from the ground. It was the one that Noel had just held tightly in his hand. She looked at it and smiled coldly, "For such a thing..."

Ding dong! The diamond ring fell into Jasmine's arms.

Only then did Jasmine realize that the diamond ring was exactly the same as the one Anna had worn before. However, there was a date engraved on the inside of the diamond ring.

This was the abbreviation of her and Noel's names!

This was their wedding anniversary!

She had never believed in Noel, but she trusted Anna and Laura very much.

Laura stabbed Noel's back again with her knife in anger. Jasmine's heart ached. "No!!"

She pounced on him, wanting to use her weak body to protect this man.

Laura sneered, her face full of tears, "Go to hell!"

Suddenly, Noel moved! He protected Jasmine under his body! Laura's knife pierced through his chest, and the two of them were both frozen to the ground.

A wave of intense pain, before Jasmine lost consciousness, she seemed to hear the last words of Noel.

He said, "I love you..."

A splitting headache came, and Jasmine felt her entire body turn cold. Someone was peeling her clothes!

She suddenly woke up, and everything in front of her was pitch black.

There was a strong and powerful body pressing down on her, making her unable to move at all! In the next second, the man's kiss had already fallen on her...
