"Jiajia! Manager Xu told us to look out for you whenever we could. We haven't had much of a chance until now!"

At that moment, Mei gestured towards Jiang Hao and spoke up.

"See that guy over there? He looks like a young master. Go on, take care of him!"

Xu Jia caught sight of Jiang Hao as well.

"Okay, thanks so much, Mei!"

With a word of thanks, Xu Jia made her way over to Jiang Hao.

She was new, having only joined a few days ago, but she had a knack for reading people, and to her, Jiang Hao didn't seem like any young master.

Still, she approached him—it was her job, after all!

And even if Jiang Hao wasn't a young master, she thought of it as a chance to gain experience.

Meanwhile, a few gossiping girls watched Xu Jia approach him, barely containing their giggles behind their hands.

"Right? She's so clueless, yet she thinks she can steal clients from us!"

Jiang Hao caught each of their reactions, simply smiling without a word.

He observed the fresh-faced girl walking towards him.

Xu Jia was sizing up Jiang Hao as well.

"Hello, sir! I'm Xu Jia, but you can call me Jia. How may I assist you today?"

"Hello, I'm interested in looking at houses."

"Oh, and how should I address you, sir?"

"I go by Jiang."

"Mr. Jiang, what kind of house are you looking for? Could you share your preferences with me?"

Xu Jia inquired earnestly.

Jiang Hao paused to think, seemingly unsure of his own criteria.

"Just show me some houses around the five million mark," he said offhandedly.

Xu Jia was briefly taken aback by the request but quickly recovered with a professional smile, adhering to her belief that the customer is always right.

She then led Jiang Hao around, presenting several houses valued between five and six million.

Xu Jia was well-prepared, detailing each property with precision.

After reviewing the options Xu Jia had presented, Jiang Hao finally settled on one. He paused and pointed at the picture.

"I'll take this one!"

With that, he pivoted to face Xu Jia, who was mid-presentation.

Caught off guard mid-spiel, Xu Jia was momentarily taken aback. But she quickly regained her composure.

"Mr. Jiang, you'd like to purchase this property?"

Jiang Hao gave a confirming nod.

Xu Jia, ever diligent, sought confirmation.

"Mr. Jiang, this fully furnished home is priced at approximately 5.16 million. Are you certain?"

Jiang Hao turned back to her, a playful smile on his face.

"What, you think I can't afford it?"

He then produced his diamond card and handed it to Xu Jia.

As he strode towards the exit, he called back over his shoulder.

"Please prepare the contract and the keys for this place. I'll be waiting outside!"

Xu Jia was visibly astounded, her eyes locked on the grey bank card in her hand. If she wasn't mistaken, this was the bank's most prestigious VIP card – the diamond card!

In that moment, Xu Jia felt as though fortune had quite literally fallen into her lap.

Once the reality set in, she was ecstatic.

"Yes, Mr. Jiang."

She spun around and dashed off to fetch the keys and contract.

Meanwhile, Mei and Hong, who had been keenly observing the exchange between Xu Jia and Jiang Hao, couldn't help but jest as they saw Xu Jia's elated dash.

"Whatever did that 'young master' say to make our Jiajia so thrilled?"

"Indeed, could it be that the 'young master' was so impressed with Jiajia's pitch that he decided to buy a house on the spot?"
