Han Dong asked in a serious tone.

"Specifically, Sha Lie, an Awakened Practitioner from the F-class gathering ground — Sand Wolf.

Chu Lin nodded in response.

He then told Han Dong everything in detail.

"I'm sure whether you made the right decision..."

Han Dong remained silent for a long time after he finished listening to Chu Lin's explanation.

"This is a little toy made by an old friend of mine back in Central Royal City. While it may only be a semi-finished product, you should not underestimate the force it's capable of exerting. Since I don't have a use for it, I let you play around with it."

Han Dong handed the Bionic Arm over to Chu Lin and said.

"I've only ever tried it once or twice. Aside from a slight enhancement in my strength, I haven't fully grasped the rest of its other functions yet. So, take it with you and study it.

"Many thanks to Commander."

Chu Lin's face brimmed with joy as he received the Bionic Arm.

"If there's nothing else, I'll be taking my leave first."

Chu Lin could not wait to study the effects of this half finished product since it was the first weapon he got after coming to this world.

Han Dong nodded to relieve him.

After Chu Lin left the barracks, Han Dong stared at Sha Lie's shattered head for a long time before letting out a heavy sigh.

"I wonder if this boy will be a blessing or a curse…"

The next few days passed by peacefully.

Every day, other than talking to Yu Zhen, he would study the half-finished Bionic Arm in his own room.

After a few days of research, Chu Lin finally found out a few other uses of the Bionic Arm.

Since the Bionic Arm was run by Gene Energy, even an Awakened Practitioner who has yet to fully awaken his gene chain could activate the Bionic Arm as long as they possessed a sufficient amount of Gene Energy.

Equipping this Bionic Arm could probably increase Chu Lin's strength by a few percent. With his strength value already as high as 300, the small percentage increase would definitely be a great addition to him.

Most importantly, Chu Lin found out that this Bionic Arm actually had a long-range attack.

Of course, the long-range attack was also activated by Gene Energy. By compressing the Gene Energy into smaller particles of light waves, the Bionic Arm charges and emits the energy from its palm.

The power exerted depends solely on the amount of Gene Energy its user possesses.

After figuring out several of the Bionic Arm's functions, he went to look for Tie Niu excitedly.

Since Tie Niu's ancestral genes belonged to that of the Big Yellow Ape, his possessed great strength similar to the power Chu Lin extracted from the ants.

Thus, Chu Lin wanted to see who was the stronger one between him and Tie Niu.

After equipping the Bionic Arm, Chu Lin's strength value had risen to 348, almost double that of the initial amount when he had just awakened.

After finding Tie Niu and explaining his purpose for looking for him, Tie Niu burst into a series of laughter on the spot.
