C55 Want to Talk to Dad on the Phone
Although Frank Scott wasn't as naughty as his sister, he still wished to have his father by his side.
This is probably the biggest wish of every child. I wish I had my father's mother.
"No, Mommy, I don't want to go back to my old home. I want to go back to Daddy's home. Daddy's home is so big, so beautiful, and there are so many fun and delicious things …" Mommy, can we go back to Daddy's house? " Emma Scott asked innocently.
Clarie Scott sighed. She didn't expect her daughter to have such a sense of reliance on Dempsey Wilson.
"Mommy, I'm begging you …" Emma Scott looked at Clarie Scott with her pair of clear and clean eyes, carrying a delicate and touching expression.
Clarie Scott almost went soft on the inside.
She did owe the children too much, and she felt guilty for not letting them have a whole family.
However, all of this wasn't caused by her. She was innocent and wronged.
"Emma, according to Mommy, if you have to choose between Daddy and Mommy, who are you with?" Clarie Scott really didn't want the children to learn to choose such a cruel thing too early, but she had no other choice. She had to make a decision.
If she wanted to see children's innocent and happy smiles for the rest of her life, she would have to be ruthless.
Emma Scott obviously didn't expect Mommy to ask her this. Her big eyes looked at Clarie Scott blankly, then at her brother who remained silent. Then, she nudged Frank Scott with her little hand: "Brother, if you want to choose, who do you want to choose?"
Clarie Scott immediately shifted her gaze to her son. She believed that her son would definitely choose to be with her.
"Mommy, if I were to let Father marry you, would you be willing to stay?" Frank Scott didn't speak, he was thinking about a deeper problem.
Clarie Scott's head exploded as she looked dazedly at her son's young and mature appearance.
Emma Scott immediately jumped up and cheered, "Yay! Daddy is going to marry Mommy! Yay! Big brother and I will have Daddy and Mommy in the future! How fun!"
Clarie Scott speechlessly stroked her forehead. Had she been scammed by the two little fellows?
"Frank, your dad would never marry Mommy in his entire life. Don't be too naive, Mommy is not from the same world as him." Clarie Scott said seriously.
Sophia, who had just walked out of the bathroom, couldn't help but sigh and shake her head when she heard Clarie Scott's words. What a tragic life.
The children were so young, they couldn't even get a whole family, and they looked pitiful.
"He will marry you, he promised me!" Frank Scott said with confidence.
"Frank, you're so young, he must be lying to you. Mommy isn't a beauty, just one look at her dad is enough to tell you that he's a very vigilant and demanding man. The ones he's marrying in the future will definitely be those rich young ladies." Clarie Scott was about to run out of words. She really didn't know how to explain things between adults to her children.
Nothing was as simple as that.
"Daddy wouldn't lie. He's a man. Men always keep their words. Mommy, how about …"
"No way!" Clarie Scott almost blurted out her thoughts. Her tone was so determined that it scared the two little fellows.
Clarie Scott scratched her long hair in annoyance and walked quickly towards her bedroom.
The two little fellows watched with wide eyes and a helpless expression on their faces.
Sophia followed Clarie Scott into the room. Seeing her sitting by the bed, arranging the bags she brought back, she asked, "Did you get the things? No one from Scott Family is making things difficult for you anymore, right? "
"Yes, I got it!" Clarie Scott's eyes were slightly sore as she replied in a low voice.
"Clarie …"
"Aunt, are you trying to persuade me to stay as well?" Clarie Scott raised her head to look at the person she trusted the most. Tears welled up in her eyes.
Sophia shook her head. "I won't advise you. You can decide however you feel comfortable. The child is yours. Even if they can't understand you now, there will come a day when they will grow up. They will understand your painstaking efforts."
"Will it? "I'm afraid that they will blame me for taking them away, and why not let them live with Dempsey Wilson. They should be living the life of a prince and princess, but if they follow me, I will make them suffer a lot …" Clarie Scott actually thought about it very clearly, but when she thought about losing her child, she became selfish.
Sophia didn't know what to say to comfort her. It was a difficult decision to make.
While the two adults were talking in their room, the two little fellows also ran into their room to discuss something.
Frank Scott walked around the room with his hands behind his back as if he was thinking.
Emma Scott held her doll and watched her brother walk around the circle.
After looking around twice, she was about to faint. She immediately asked, "Brother, what do we do? Mommy doesn't want us to see Daddy anymore, but I want to play with Daddy, and Daddy is so nice to me. "
"Idiot, is Mommy not good for you?" Frank Scott immediately glared at her angrily.
Emma Scott pouted like a chick eating rice. "Mummy treats me so well, but if Daddy and Mommy are both nice to me, then I'll be happier."
"To be so greedy at such a young age, it's truly amazing when you grow up." Frank Scott lectured her like a little adult.
Emma Scott immediately lowered her head in grief as she pitifully asked, "Brother, do you not want father's land?" "Didn't brother say before that when we find Daddy, Daddy would take you to play football with him? Now that Daddy is here and you don't like him, you're going to hate him!"
"Who says I don't like him anymore, but don't you see that Mommy doesn't like him? We're not sworn to it. Mommy hates people, we don't like people. " Frank Scott said angrily.
"Well, why doesn't Mommy like Daddy? Daddy is handsome, rich, and loves me. Mommy should like him. " Emma Scott was a child's innocent thoughts.
Frank Scott's mind suddenly lit up. He immediately thought of a solution.
"Can we call Dad?" Frank Scott suddenly said.
Emma Scott immediately nodded her head vigorously, extremely happy. "Okay, okay, I want to hear Daddy's voice, but … We don't know how many phone calls Daddy has. "
"I will ask Uncle Isaac Corbyn for it today! I keep it in my head. " Frank Scott had a photographic memory at such a young age, and at this moment, it worked.
"I'm going to get Mommy's phone!" Frank Scott turned around and ran out with his short legs. Not long later, he held Clarie Scott's phone and skillfully unlocked the screen before starting to pull out the phone.
