The Li Hen Tian's Heavenly Lord was a powerhouse of the fourth stage of the Dao Pattern Stage. He possessed an incomparably powerful dao apparatus, known as the Jade Seal of Creation.

This dao apparatus had refined an unknown amount of Dao Pattern Stage, it's power was strong, and could forcefully activate time. Presumably, the two of them were inside the Imperial Jade Seal
