C26 Obedience

Xue Hee looked at Han Qichen in confusion. An family? Why didn't she know?

"What are you talking about? I didn't even know that it was a company owned by the An family!" She was half lying on the bed, her hair disheveled between her brows.

Han Qichen was stunned for a moment. Then, he looked at Xue Hee with a serious expression. After a long while, he was sure that Xue Hee wasn't lying.

"You really don't know?" he asked in a low voice.

Xue Hee shook her head.

"Even if you don't know, you can't go!" As Han Qichen spoke with a darkened face, he looked at her with eyes as deep as the ocean, "You already know about An Family's company. If you were found out using public information to do private matters with your old lover, wouldn't I, Han Family, be completely thrown away by you?!"

Xue Hee looked at this slender man with astonishment in her eyes. His actions were simply making a ruckus!

"Han Qichen!" Why are you so ruthless? Just let me die from hunger strike! " Han Qichen had already lost his mind. She could only gamble, but she didn't even have the confidence to say it.

Han Qichen's expression changed and a vicious aura immediately enveloped his entire body.

"Xue Hee, you'd better consider your status and speak to me!" His eyes were cold and desolate, like a cold wind in deep winter.

Xue Hee's body shuddered and she couldn't help but take a step back, but she still insisted, "I …" I mean it! "

"Ha!" He sneered, and the corner of his mouth curled up slightly, giving off a somewhat demonic feeling.

"A hunger strike? If you don't believe me, I'll just cripple you, then find someone to bring you a bowl to drink! " Han Qichen laughed like an Asura in hell. He looked at Xue Hee and said, "Anyways, you just need to carry the title of Young Mistress of Han Family, it doesn't matter if you're paralyzed or sick does it?"

The color of Xue Hee's face had faded, and it was whiter than paper. She looked deeply at the man she loved and felt the fear that flooded into her from all directions. Once again, she fell into despair.

Seeing that Xue Hee seemed to be really obedient, a hint of satisfaction flashed across Han Qichen's eyes. It was just a casual lie, but it worked pretty well!

He lowered his eyes and looked at the plate on the table not far away. The carefully prepared food was still bright in color, but it was already cold to the extreme.

"I'll have Aunt Cui deliver the food later. You'd better cooperate obediently, or else …" Han Qichen purposely said half of his sentence and then looked coldly at Xue Hee.

Xue Hee shuddered. She only felt that his gaze was sinister, causing her to feel a chill down her spine. Her heart felt even more desolate.

It had to be said that Han Qichen's threat was extremely useful to Xue Hee.

Aunt Cui served him a bowl of Eight Treasures Porridge. Xue Hee did not have much appetite, but since Han Qichen was staring at him, and for the sake of the child in her stomach, she had to eat it forcefully with a small face.

Han Qichen sat opposite Xue Hee and stared at her expressionlessly. He only stood up after Xue Hee had finished her bowl of porridge.

"Remember, hunger strikes don't work on me." "You'd better eat your meal honestly in the future, or else I'll have plenty of time and methods to deal with you!" He lowered his eyes as a hint of a cold smile appeared on his face. It was half a joke, half a serious sentence that carried an endless chill.

Xue Hee sat on her seat in frustration. Although she was anxious, she felt a deep sense of helplessness.

The case in the company was so urgent that she couldn't completely put it aside and ignore it. But Han Qi said this was a dead end, so it was impossible. How was he going to escape?

Han Qichen still had a lot of things to do at the company, so he left the mansion after giving his orders.
