C4 Chapter Four

"You have a good sense of fashion," I complimented as soon as he was done dressing me up in casual clothing, blue tight jeans, a blue tank top, and a black leather jacket with black boot

"And you learned it from me, my dearest sweetheart," He said, feeling so proud of himself as he looked at his finished work "But I thought you weren't gonna talk to me since I refused to yield to your desire," He said looking at me with a smirk on lips which I wanted to wipe away while I was flushed red.

I didn't know he had taken his clothes to the bathroom when he dashed in only to see him fully clothed the next time he came out of it leaving me wet and hanging and immediately began dressing me up after wiping my wet pussy.

He carried me to the kitchen which was situated downstairs after he was done dressing. He had been over-pampering me ever since I had broken the news of the pregnancy and I was enjoying the attention that he was giving me. It was as if we had locked ourselves from the outside world and nothing could burst the peaceful bubble we were in and I savoured every feeling that it brought.

He cooked my favorite food and fed me till I was full and, all this while, I was sitting on his lap. The atmosphere inside the house was filled with nothing but bliss and love that morning.

"Thank you for the food, Gabriel," I told him before planting a sweet kiss on his lips

"And, thank you for making me the happiest man on earth," He said, placing his hand on my tummy

He rose and placed me on the sink with my hands wrapped around his neck

"I love you, Gabriel," I whispered and he cupped my face and kissed me deeply

"Get a room guys or I will puke my guts on you both," Clara complained, squeezing her face in disgust as she walked out of the guest room, already dressed and I hid my already flushed face beside Gabriel's shoulder due to embarrassment

"Good morning Clara," Gabriel greeted as he gently put me down

"I bet you both had a great night," Clara said as she poured herself a glass of milk.

Clara had been my best friend from day one, she was the Beta's daughter of the Wind's Pack and I was the Alpha's daughter and the next Alpha in line while Clara would be my Beta in the nearest future. Ever since Gabriel had told me that I was his mate, he had proven himself to be a good one, besides, the feelings were mutual between us and we eventually got married.

Even though I was already married to Gabriel, he had always supported my decision and had also proven to be a strong pillar in my life ever since we got married. Clara was a true friend, one I could call my sister, we were very close that we hid nothing from each other and did almost everything together but unfortunately, Clara was yet to find her mate

Clara had arrived late in the Blood Moon pack to inform me that my presence was needed in the Wind's Pack. We've been staying in the Blood Moon pack where Gabriel was an Omega, he had to finish his final duty to the pack before he was allowed to move to another pack unless he wanted to be labeled as a rogue and time for my Coronation as the new Alpha was still a bit far

The distance between the Blood Moon Pack and Wind Pack was not much, a large forest was between the two Packs serving as a boundary to the territorial ground, since this was not the first time I had been summoned, Gabriel had already packed what would be needed for the one week stay and we had decided not to tell anyone about my pregnancy for the time being. Clara helped me with my bag and was already waiting for me in the car.

"Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" Gabriel asked as he opened the door to the exit, I nodded my head and kissed him on the lips

"Take care of yourself and our little one," He shouted but not loud enough for Clara to hear

"Hold on tight," I said as soon as I entered my car, I turned the radio on and drove off. We began singing every song it played like the good old days. In no time, we got to the Wind's pack earlier than expected and I drove straight to my parent's house without wasting time

They welcomed us warmly and after I had arranged my clothes in my room which was situated upstairs, we went to the hall where we held our meetings, the Beta and Gammas were already seated, and the seating arrangement was done according to the positions held.

Alpha Hyde, my father, was seated at the head of the chair, his Luna was sitting at his right hand while the Beta was seated at the left, I sat beside my mum while Clara was sitting across me and the Gamma was seated at the end of the table. We discussed everything and most importantly about the new location that would be large enough to occupy the Wind's Pack as they were growing larger by the day but the problem was that half of the land was owned by the Vietnam Pack.

We adjourned the meeting and I went to my bed after greeting Beta Mark, Clara's father. I went straight to sleep without even changing my clothes due to how exhausted I was. The next day came and passed by in a blur and on the third day, the pack had decided that they would bring up the topic of the relocation at the annual Alpha's and Luna gathering which would be held today in the Public hall close to the Vietnam pack.

I would be accompanying my parents, while Beta and Gamma would be in charge of protecting the pack in case of any sudden attack since the Vietnam pack had refused to heed our pleading and numerous invitations, and also, we'd been receiving threats from unknown sources. We baded the pack farewell and I hugged Clara before we left the Wind's Pack.

The meeting was as swift as expected, as Alphas had a busy lifestyle and the Alpha of the Vietnam pack had agreed to sell the land to us without any hurdles after much persuasion from other Alphas. After the boring meeting, most of them had left for their various packs but we stayed the night in the Vietnam pack since it was a bit far from our pack, besides, we wanted to strengthen the bond between the two packs.

The next morning, I informed my parents that I would be going straight to the Blood Moon pack, thankfully, I brought my car along with me.

Although they were not happy with my decision they succumbed to my wishes, I hugged my parents bade them goodbye, and happily drove home, eager to meet the love of my life even though I was expected to stay a whole week with my parents.

I got home feeling tired after driving for the past five hours. I pushed the door open and the first thing that caught my eye was the red dim light that gave the room a serene and romantic atmosphere. My heart was beating in anticipation and excitement, wondering what surprise Gabriel was up to this time around, I passed the kitchen to see empty wine glasses and a bottle of wine on a red and white tablecloth

"Ohh, Gabriel," I murmured as the excitement became unbearable, I walked quickly to our bedroom and inhaled deeply before slowly opening the door but there was no one there. I opened the door wide to be sure Gabriel wasn't playing his hide and seek like he normally does but it was empty, curiosity filled my mind when I remembered that I was not supposed to be back till next week.

"Was Gabriel having a visitor? Even if so, who was this person?" I wondered as my curiosity increased tenfold and I ran quickly to the guest room. I almost fell to the floor when I stepped on what seemed to be a female shoe. Without giving my time to recuperate, I opened the door and looked inside but there was no one inside either.

This was so unusual, I was about to close the door when I heard a noise coming from the bathroom. I walked towards it, and the voice became louder, it seemed to be a feminine voice. I wondered what on earth the girl was doing to herself to be moaning so loudly, not able to withstand the PDA, I quickly turned back, wondering why Gabriel would bring such a friend to his house, and started walking back.

I thought of where Gabriel could have gone but stopped in shock, "What did I just hear," I asked myself

"Ohh, Gabriel, honey," a voice moaned Gabriel's name loudly

"I'm al..mos..t the..er.e," the voice moaned again, that voice was familiar.

Not giving myself the time to think, I busted inside the bathroom, thankfully, the door was not locked but what I saw shocked me to the core and I regretted ever opening the door. I saw Gabriel f* cking the shit out of my best friend, Clara.

To say I was shocked would have been an understatement, the new swelling of emotions rendered me useless and speechless as I watched Clara try to cover her naked body under my mate's body

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU BOTH DOING?" I shouted but to my utmost surprise, Gabriel looked at me coldly, like I was the one caught in the forbidden act. He yelled at me to get out and I looked at him in shock as the pain in my heart worsened, I also looked at Clara, hoping for any sign of remorse but there was none.

I stood there unable to move and the fatigue was taking a huge toll on me, maybe I was hallucinating

"GET THE FUCK OUT GLENN," Gabriel barked at me which made me flinch, this was the first time he was calling my name. I looked at Clara to suit my heart only to be disappointed by her smug reaction, there was this smirk on her face that made her look like a true witch.
