C158 Pill Final

After half a day, Yih Xuan only spent half a day to learn the fire controlling technique.

A flame the size of a fist kept changing colors in his hand. It was light red, red, dark red, light orange and big orange. Then it became light orange, red, red, and light red.

From low to high, from high to low, it changed so fast and so smoothly that it was like soaking in water. It was exactly the same as a master alchemist!

If they didn't see it with their own eyes, who would believe that Yih Xuan had actually started to come into contact with the Dao of Alchemy for less than a day?

The Heaven Pill Elder's mouth was wide open. From the moment Yih Xuan started to transform into flames, up until now, his mouth had never been shut.

In the beginning, the Heaven Pill Elder thought that although Yih Xuan's comprehension ability was not bad, and he could quickly comprehend the Heaven Pill Flame Refining Incantation and stabilize the flame, if he wanted to control the flame well and allow it to freely change, it would take at least a few years.

Controlling the flame depended on the accumulation of experience, and it had nothing to do with comprehension and talent. This was something that had been passed down in the alchemy world for a long time, and had always been remembered by all alchemists.

As a top alchemist in the Mooyun Kingdom, the Heavenly Pill Elder naturally had a deep understanding of this saying. It could be said that it was a famous saying.

There were many peerless geniuses in history with extremely high comprehension abilities, and some of them were even peerless geniuses like Yih Xuan, who could completely comprehend the 'Heavenly Pill Fire Refining Incantation' in a short period of time. However, in terms of flame control, one still needed to accumulate experience bit by bit, and spend several years to truly grasp it.

But today, under the witness of the Heaven Pill Elder, these words were shattered bit by bit, and turned into ashes.

"Heaven Pill Elder, can I concoct pills now?"

In Yih Xuan's hand, a fist-sized flame constantly changed its color. A second ago, it was still light red, but in the next second, it became big orange. During this process, there was no fluctuation from this flame.

The Heavenly Pill Elder forced a smile. What else could he say now? Yih Xuan's current level of fire control, even he didn't dare to say that he could win 100%. If he couldn't even concoct pills, then this alchemist's level would at least be raised by dozens of levels.

"Controlling fire is only the first step in concocting pills. The second step is to learn how to identify the medicinal properties of herbs. It must be known that every Profound Core is made up of several, even dozens, or even dozens of different kinds of medicinal herbs. The proportion of each kind of medicinal herb, as well as the amount required, has an absolute standard. "

"Just a little bit more, and in the end, it will either become another Profound Core, or become a useless pill. In short, this cauldron of Profound Core will be completely destroyed. Therefore, in order to concoct a pill, one must first be able to recognize the medicinal ingredients."

Next, the Heavenly Core Sect Elder began to teach Yih Xuan how to differentiate the medicinal properties of the medicinal herbs. First, it started from the age and characteristics of the herbs, and then it started to sense the spiritual energy fluctuations of the herbs, to see how much spiritual energy it contained.

This step really required time to learn. No matter how high Yih Xuan's comprehension ability was, and no matter how sensitive his soul force was, there was nothing he could do about it. Every type of spirit medicine had its own unique nature. One needed to learn it one by one, and couldn't take any shortcuts.

However, compared to controlling fire, this step was undoubtedly much simpler. As long as he had the guidance of an alchemist, he would be able to learn it easily.

As a high-grade earth-step alchemist, the Heavenly Pill Elder could be considered one of the top alchemists in the Mooyun Kingdom! With his guidance, Yih Xuan would naturally have a much easier time.

A month had passed. During this month, Yih Xuan had been learning how to differentiate the medicinal properties of herbs from the Heaven Pill Elder. The Heavenly Core Sect Elder had taught Yih Xuan how to differentiate all the herbs recorded in the Diyuan Sword Sect.

The Diyuan Sword Sect had accumulated and settled for thousands of years. How many spiritual herbs were recorded in the records? No one could imagine that it had already been calculated by tens of thousands of years!

After witnessing so many ways to differentiate and identify spiritual herbs, Yih Xuan was now confident that even if he encountered an unknown spiritual herb, he had an eighty to ninety percent chance of identifying its medicinal properties.

This could be said to be Yih Xuan's greatest harvest in this month! With this, even if Yih Xuan couldn't become an alchemist in the future, he wouldn't have to worry about being cheated by others.

Yih Xuan knew the medicinal properties and value of each herb like the back of his hand. He could only rely on this to earn money from others. No one else could earn his money!

During this month, the Heavenly Pill Elder taught Yih Xuan while refining all of Yih Xuan's Mortal and Earth-rank spirit items into Profound Cores that he needed.

There were nearly 200 Earth Grade spirit items and nearly a thousand Mortal Grade spirit items. Although some of them had failed, Yih Xuan had also obtained over 400 Earth Grade Profound Cores and over 3000 Mortal Grade Profound Cores.

Among them, there were 120 High Earth Grade Profound Cores, 240 Mid Earth Grade Profound Cores, 90 Low Earth Grade Profound Cores, 2,500 High Mortal Grade Profound Cores, and 1,100 High Mortal Grade Profound Cores.

With so many Profound Cores, not to mention the Heavenly Core Sect Elders, even the entire Diyuan Sword Sect would not have so many!

Especially the Earth Grade high level Profound Core, a total of 120 Profound Core, even if all the sects in the Mooyun Kingdom combined, they might not even have this number!

It was not that they could not refine it, but every sect that obtained a high-grade earth grade spiritual object would treat it as a treasure. They would keep it by their side, allowing them to cultivate faster, smoothly, and obtain more benefits.

It was just like the Wind Chasing Grass that Yih Xuan had obtained. If it was placed by his side to cultivate, it could absorb the power of wind from it at any time. In a few years, or even a dozen years, the benefits would be no less than eating a Wind Chasing Grass!

With this benefit, who would be foolish enough to cultivate this earth grade spiritual object into a Profound Core? Not to mention, refining a Profound Core would also be risky. If one was not careful, one would lose all of their money. At that time, there would really be no place to cry!

Only someone like Yih Xuan, who was rich and overbearing and did not take spiritual objects seriously, would dare to refine all spiritual objects into Profound Core. Even if an ordinary person had the guts, they would not have so many spiritual objects for him to squander.

There were nearly two hundred Earth Grade spiritual objects. Even if the Diyuan Sword Sect had thousands of years of savings, they might not have that many.

And after refining so many Profound Core, even with the Heavenly Core Sect Elder's skill in alchemy, he was already half-dead and half-dead. With so many Profound Cores, it was already comparable to the total number of Profound Cores he normally refined in a year!

Especially the Earth Rank Profound Cores, even if all the Earth Rank Profound Cores he had refined in his lifetime were added together, it would still be less than half of what he had refined in a month.

However, although he was a bit tired, the Heavenly Core Sect Elder had also obtained a lot of benefits. Especially the last 120 high rank Earth Rank Profound Core Pills that he had refined, it had already allowed him to faintly touch the threshold of being a top rank Earth Rank alchemist.

A high earth grade alchemist, the highest grade alchemist in the Mooyun Kingdom at the moment was only a high earth grade alchemist, and he could even count them in two hands!

It wasn't that the talent of an alchemist in the Mooyun Kingdom wasn't high. On the contrary, anyone who could become a High Grade Earth Grade alchemist in the Mooyun Kingdom would be considered an absolute genius in the outside world! Once the news was spread out, countless major powers would immediately come out to snatch and rope them in.

The reason why there wasn't even a single top-grade earth-step alchemist in the entire Mooyun Kingdom was because the resources in the Mooyun Kingdom were too scarce. There was no way to cultivate a single Earth Grade alchemist.

Every alchemist relied on the accumulation of countless herbs. Without the support of so many herbs, how could an alchemist advance?

In a small place like Mooyun Kingdom where spiritual herbs were scarce, one could still become an Earth Grade high rank alchemist. It could be seen how astonishing one's talent in the Dao of Alchemy was!

If it was in a place with sufficient spiritual items, even if there were a little more than the Mooyun Kingdom, just like the Heavenly Pill Elders, not to mention a top-grade earth-step alchemist, it might not be impossible for them to become a legendary heaven-step alchemist!

Unfortunately, with the current situation, even the elders of the Heavenly Pill could only linger in this realm in the Mooyun Kingdom.

Although the Heavenly Core Sect Elder had dozens of Earth Grade spiritual objects, he didn't dare to refine them into Profound Cores. This was something that he had gathered for several decades, and had accumulated with great difficulty. Every single one of them had been poured into his sweat.

Placing them by his side would help him cultivate. That was secondary. The key was that he could pay close attention to their characteristics day and night. It would help him improve his understanding of spirit medicine, and his understanding of the Dao of alchemy.

In fact, many alchemists in the Mooyun Kingdom had done so after obtaining the spirit herbs. It was very rare for a spirit medicine to be refined into a Profound Core, and it was almost impossible.

Previously, when the Heavenly Core Sect Elder wanted to refine a high-grade earth-step spiritual object into a Profound Core and let Yih Xuan use it to break through, it was truly because he had already regarded Yih Xuan as the future of the Diyuan Sword Sect. For the sake of the Diyuan Sword Sect, no matter how great the sacrifice was, the Heavenly Core Sect Elder would not hesitate to do so!

Even he only had less than five high-grade earth-step spiritual objects.
