C186 Desert Giant

"What's going on in this desert? In the maze. There were still some maze beasts, but there was nothing else in this desert other than sand."

Yih Xuan frowned. He stopped on a tall hill in the desert.

At this moment, Yih Xuan's mind was in a mess. He could still find an exit in the maze, but in this endless desert, he didn't even know where to go. He could only wander around.

"This won't do. I have to find the right direction. Otherwise, even if I have patience,i don't have that much time and resources. I will starve to death in this desert sooner or later. "

Yih Xuan calmed his mind and looked around. However, there was nothing else that he could see other than the yellow sand.

"In this desert, even if you come out with a strange beast, it's still fine. It won't be so quiet and desolate." Yih Xuan couldn't help but sigh.

As if he had heard Yih Xuan's call, the hill under Yih Xuan's feet suddenly started moving. Waves of yellow sand collapsed, forming a huge whirlpool.

"En? What's going on?"

A few dozen meters away, Yih Xuan was staring at the huge whirlpool on the hill. He had already left before the hill started moving.

He saw the whirlpool. A tall giant appeared.

This giant was twenty meters tall, with no ears or nose, eyes and mouth. Its body was made of yellow sand, and upon closer inspection, the yellow sand seemed to be flowing slowly.

"This is a creature from the desert?"

Yih Xuan's tone was somewhat excited. He finally knew that there was something in the desert. If this desert giant had a mind of its own, he would even like to communicate with it.

Unfortunately, this desert giant was not that friendly. It did not have eyes, and it did not know how it knew about Yih Xuan's existence.

As soon as it came out, the desert giant opened its mouth wide and faced Yih Xuan. A gust of air shot out from its mouth, instantly turning into a hurricane that swept towards Yih Xuan.

The distance of tens of meters was just a matter of seconds for a hurricane.

Without knowing the power of the hurricane, Yih Xuan did not dare to fight it head on and quickly dodged.

However, because of the close distance, he didn't have much defense beforehand. Even though his Eight Steps Chasing the Wind was good at dodging, it was still too late. His shoulder was hit by the hurricane in an instant.

Bang!

Yih Xuan was forced back for more than ten meters before he managed to stop his body.

"Amazing! This strike is at least equivalent to a strike from a 2nd Tier Mystic Master!"

Yih Xuan looked at the desert giant and a trace of surprise flashed across his eyes. He did not expect that a Desert Giant would be so strong.

After reaching the Mystic realm, every increase in strength would have a huge increase. A Second Level Profound Master was considered pretty good even in the entire Mooyun Kingdom.

More importantly, this desert giant had obviously not used its full strength yet. It was merely casually blowing out a breath of air. If it were to use its full strength, it would at least be at the level of a 3rd Tier Mystic!

"Hmm? This attack actually carries an ice attribute?"

Yih Xuan frowned. He saw a large piece of ice on his shoulder that was clearly covered by a thin layer of ice.

The ice was still spreading, and it even went past Yih Xuan's clothes and invaded his body. It wanted to freeze his body completely and turn him into an ice pillar.

Strands of coldness had already flowed through Yih Xuan's body and started to paralyze his muscles.

As time went on, Yih Xuan's muscles might even necrosis!

Yih Xuan was shocked. He quickly circulated the Chaotic Sword Technique, and a powerful heat flowed through his shoulder. In a short while, the cold was expelled, and his paralyzed muscles were instantly healed.

"What a powerful ice attack! If an ordinary low level Mystic was hit, their entire body would freeze in no time! Even a Mid Rank Profound Master, after receiving this attack, not a fire attribute profound master could only suppress this chill, and it would be difficult to get rid of it!"

Yih Xuan couldn't help but feel lucky. Luckily, his body was strong, and he had the fire element.

The profound energy cultivated by the Chaotic Sword Technique could be converted into any kind of profound energy. It was just that he had to go through some practice and tempering before he could freely use this converted profound energy.

And after experiencing the Fire Crystal Body Refinement and refining pills for two months, the fire attribute in Yih Xuan's body was already the strongest attribute other than the wind attribute.

"No wonder that voice said that it will be even harder next. This desert giant alone is not something an ordinary Mid Rank Profound Master can withstand, not to mention the unknown danger that comes later!"

Yih Xuan couldn't help but worry for Jin Yupeng. Although Jin Yupeng had the help of the Black Armored Devil Lizard, the Black Armored Devil Lizard might have a huge connection with the Dark Abyss Devil Palace.

However, this was only a guess after all. There was no basis for it. If Jin Yupeng encountered such a desert giant, he was afraid that it would be disastrous!

"Sigh,i hope that he will be blessed by the heavens! This fellow's luck has always been good. I believe that there won't be any problems here. "

Yih Xuan could only console himself in this way. After all, he couldn't do anything now.

The desert giant seemed to be angry when he saw that Yih Xuan wasn't injured by his hurricane attack. It opened its mouth and unleashed an even stronger hurricane towards Yih Xuan.

But this time, Yih Xuan was prepared. He dodged it with a flash.

Although the speed of this hurricane was very fast, it couldn't be compared to Yih Xuan, who had already cultivated the Eight Steps Chasing the Wind to the fifth step.

Yih Xuan's eyes sparkled. It wasn't his style to allow his opponent to attack freely. He pulled out the Zixiao Sword and was about to rush towards the desert giant.

But at this moment, Yih Xuan's sensitive soul force suddenly felt a sense of danger behind him.

Without thinking too much, Yih Xuan instantly dodged to the side.

Just as he dodged, he saw a hurricane suddenly blow to the place where he was just a moment ago. A large chasm suddenly appeared on the desert ground.

Hiss!

Yih Xuan instantly drew a cold breath. He was not surprised by the power of this hurricane, but was surprised that this hurricane would actually fly back on its own!

Controlling elemental attacks. This was the first time he had seen a non-human race that could control elemental attacks.

Controlling elemental attacks required extremely powerful and nimble soul energy, and neither of them could be missing!

Take the Ferocious Beast for example. Although it possessed a powerful soul force, it was not agile enough and could not control the direction of elemental attacks.

Only when one reached the level of a desolate beast, their soul would transform and their agility would greatly increase. Only then would they be able to freely control elemental attacks.

However, a Ferocious Beast level Magic Beast could also release elemental attacks, but it could not be controlled after being used.

Just like the other undead spirits and other living beings, none of them could control an attack of their attributes at the Ferocious Beast's level.

Only humans were born with incomparably agile souls. As long as one reached the level of a Mystic Master and had a strong enough soul force, they would be able to control their elemental attacks.

"Could it be that this desert giant not only possesses extremely powerful soul energy, but his soul is also extremely agile?"

Yih Xuan looked at this desert giant and couldn't help but feel shocked in his heart.
