This is my review...(until around 200+ chap)
Have read until 270..it really feel like someone is actually reading it out loud to you,instead of looking at it from the character’s perspective..
It kinda feel like it lack exciting moment and nervousness regarding secret of the jade space..feel like monotonous with some fluctuations of emotion here and there,but not so much..dont know how long im going to keep reading this..its good but not exciting enough (at least for me)…will keep writing the review in the future as i read further

Around until chap 800+..The author make it that every thought that mc has is right and very confident in himself..although most of them are right,but still one or two make people feel annoyed..dont know if i got annoyed at mc or at the author..feel like some is brainwashing the reader,telling them that the ideal and opinion by mc is justified and right all the time..and making a girl or man without confirmation relationship status is actually a cruel thing ya
And having a whole forest without committing to them such as marrying,that is equivalent to being a playboy

I decided to stop here, just feeling that too many unnecessary plot in the story(mainly regarding the female character) and the irritating mc attitude(probably bcos of the style of the author’s writing)..quite similar story to this one is Level God Farm (pls bear with the translation)
The concept of space of jade pendant and spring water is quite good,the mc character is also not bad,a careful person and always thinking about and his safety regarding his secret..its just a bit annoying(looking at the buyer perspective) when he decide on the price of his product(usually in other similar stories they got a high price and nego a bit,but this one totally go for the skyrocket price)
