"Mom..." Xiaobao's eyelids grew heavier with each passing moment.

In his daze, he thought he saw Shen Qinghuang stepping out of the photograph towards him.

"Bang!"

The operating room door was violently kicked open.

Dressed in a military uniform and radiating a chilling, bloodthirsty aura, Shen Qinghuang strode in.

A frigid breeze swept through, sending a collective shiver down the spines of everyone present.

"Bang!" As the word "get out" left his lips, a figure crashed into him.

It was the nurse who had earlier given Xiaobao an injection, now with a syringe sticking out of her chest.

Shen Qinghuang quickly moved to Xiaobao's side to check on him. Once she confirmed that he was merely unconscious from the anesthesia, she finally relaxed.

"Have you all figured out how you're going to die?"

She turned to face Shen Ze and the others with a steely gaze.

These people had imprisoned her son for four years, using him as their blood source for just as long.

No amount of punishment seemed sufficient to quell the fury in her heart.

Yang Yan's eyes widened in recognition, "You're still alive!"

That face was unforgettable.
