In the 5th Rank, one's life expectancy will increase to 250 years and each rank up from the 5th Rank to 10th Rank will increase 50 years of life expectancy. So in total that will be 500 years of life expectancy.

And it was even said that when one breaks into the Saint Rank, you'll be able to live up to 1000 years.

Rem learned from his father that he already reached the 10th Rank and was about to reach the Saint Rank in about 10 years or so. His father and mother looks young but he learned that they are already in there 150s which means his mother and father only made kids in there 120s which was pretty old for my world view.
