C47 Leaving 2

Rem soon arrived in front of his father's office, he first knocked on the door and said.

"Father, it's Remdall. Can I please come in?" Rem said respectfully in front of the door.

"Come in my dear youngest." His father said softly.

Rem opened the door and went in. His father's office looks peaceful but that is only in the surface since there are 10 assassins inside the room that are always guarding his father.

He walked towards his father and he was a small kid which has the same age as him that is wearing black clothes. The kid's body was fully covered in black and it even feels like the kid was not breathing.

"This is my gift for your 8th birthday my dear son. This assassin might be young and has only a 2nd Rank cultivation, but this kid has an inborn skill called Hiding Shadow which makes him perfect for assassination and protecting you in the dark." His father introduced and explained.

"I understand, father. Thank you for the gift." I said while smiling and then giving my father a respectful bow.

"Your welcome, son." My father said while ruffling my hair slightly.
