The new cultivation method was actually easy to do which was to stare at the forbidden symbols in the paper that his father gave him.

The suitcase contains 7 papers that are folded since even taking a glimpse inside the paper will temper one's mind.

The book also said that one needs to take the corresponding forbidden symbol for each rank so that's means no skipping of ranks. Each paper has a number written on it which are the numbers 1 to 7. These numbers corresponds to the ranks.

Since Rem was only starting now, he took the paper with number one which corresponds with his 0th Rank mental cultivation.

He unfolded the paper and Rem immediately felt a tearing force inside his mind. The first forbidden symbol actually looks like a star with many little complex symbols creating the star.

The book told him that he'll be seeing a forming star inside his Mind's World. This star will turn into a planet and the forbidden symbol he is seeing right now will emerge within that planet. When that happens, that will be the sign for reaching the 1st Rank of the mental cultivation.

Lastly, the book told him to stop looking at the forbidden spell when he felt sleepy because that will be the sign of his mental energy being drained.

After two hours of Rem looking at the forbidden symbol, he felt sleepy so he folded the paper again and put it inside the suitcase. He then stored the suitcase inside his Pocket Dimension.

Now, Rem will continue in training with this method. He'll just let his clones and slaves handle everything for him.
