A year has passed again, and this year Rem didn't managed to rank up but his close in reaching the next rank since he already at the 8th Layer.

Rem's mental cultivation also improved and he managed to complete the first rank. He was also surprised to learn that each of his servants reached this rank too. This means that the Share Cultivating and Experience Function also works with this new cultivation method. With this discovery, Rem plans to create more copies of the forbidden symbols for his slaves to cultivate on. Sadly, Rem can't successfully copy the forbidden symbols by writing it because his mind will always be disrupted disabling him to copy it.

He then made up his mind in creating a new function that will help him duplicate things, and he also plans to upgrade his Automatic Cultivation Function. Rem wants it to be able to automatically cultivation the mind without him needing to practice personally.

His clones also did a great job in doing there individual works. His clone studying in the academy managed to make his Swordsmanship reach the Grandmaster Rank. When he reached this rank, he suddenly felt like he can attack anything 5 meters around him while holding a sword. He learned that this thing is a secret skill like the Mind Library, and this new secret skill is called the Sword Domain.

This Sword Domain makes him able to attack anyone within five meters around him while using the sword. Also, this skill makes him never miss an attack within the range of 5 meters. It's like he owns this 5 meters for himself.

His Advance Deca Spells didn't improved much since he wasn't able to step inside the 12 towers. Ren was still making sure that when he sneaks into the towers, no one will be able to notice his clones. This was also the reason why his Swordsmanship didn't reach the Saint or Monarch rank.

He knew that the Sword branch castle has a Saint Rank warrior cultivator inside it so even with his Hiding Shadow skill, he won't be able to perfectly hide his presence.
