After Rem came out of the Pocket Dimension, he took out the Soul Orb and started to cultivate his soul.

"I can tame 2 more monsters after I reach the 3rd Rank so I should find other supportive monsters after this. But cultivating the soul means hard work. Also, I'll be needing to add this item to the things I will be duplicating. So much work to be done!" Rem complained while cultivating.

The little White was lazily resting on his head. Rem has already passed the skills he copied earlier to the little slime so it also underwent into a huge upgrade.

"I do the work while this lazy slime does nothing on top of my head." Rem said sadly.

A year has passed again, and Rem was turning 10 years old today.

Rem's cultivation on the body reached the 6th Rank while his mental cultivation reached the 3rd Rank, and the soul cultivation reached the 2nd Rank.

Rem quickly advance the mental cultivation to the 3rd Rank because of the Automatic Mental and Body Cultivation Function. While the soul cultivation reached the 2nd Rank because he started with 1st Rank which all humans have.

Also, his Swordsmanship has already reached the Saint Rank. He can only do this because he first focused on copying every book inside the Sword branch. When he reached the Saint Swordmanship, he learned three new secret skills called All Sword, Sword Body, and Swordsman's Realm.

The All Sword skill was a skill that makes everything he holds act as a sword. So if he holds a leaf then it can act as a sword. The leaf will be as sharp and strong as a sword. The sharpness of the sword will depend on his rank. Currently, he has a 6th Rank body cultivation which makes him able to easily cut those 6th Rank cultivators even with a use of a leaf.

The Sword Body is just like the All Sword but this time his body can act as a sword. His fingers are as sharp as a sword, and he can use sword skills with the use of his fingers.

The Swordsman's Realm is a secret skill that enables him to attack enemies within 100 meters around him. He can also use sword skills anywhere that is 100 meters around him. The Sword Domain secret skill was removed and replaced by this skill.

The Weapon Master (Advance) also upgraded into Weapon Master (Grandmaster). The secret skill Weapon Master's Domain also upgraded and can now lower the 1 rank of weapon proficiency around 20 meters. He also learned the secret skill All Weapon which removed the All Sword skill.

The All Weapon is almost the same with the All Sword. The only difference is that anything can be used as a weapon, and use different weapon skills even if your not using the corresponding weapon. For example, when Rem holds a spear he can use dagger skills, sword skills, or even archery skills without problem and the damage will still be the same. With this skill, he can use a sword and attack enemies with skills from different weapon skills.

Next, Rem's Master Dodeca Spells turned into Grandmaster Tetradeca Spells. Even though it's called that he only mastered the blood, illusion, and poison spells into the Master rank while the void spells only into the Intermediate rank.

He also learned a new secret skill called Magic Eye. The Magic Eye just made his right eye have a tetradecagon shape with a star in his pupil, and the shape is rainbow colored. The use of this Magic Eye is to be able to summon spells automatically to the enemy, and it also uses spells wisely. For example, if rem was wounded then a healing spell will be casted immediately while if the enemy if fast then a slowing spell will be casted. The other good side of this Magic Eye is that it only uses 1/4 of the required mental energy and heavenly essence when it is casting spells. The only downside of this secret skill is that it can't combine spells to make a more powerful spell but it was enough for Rem.

The bad news was, he wasn't able to find new inherent skills this year but that was ok since Rem knew how rare inherent skills were. He can copy from monsters but it was useless for Rem's perspective. There are inherent skills like fire breath but Rem can just use a fire spell to make the same effect. He also encountered the inherent skill like toxic body which only makes his whole body poisonous. This skill can make him dangerous to touch so it's a no since he might accidentally hurt his allies.

This was the only things that improved from Rem this year. Hopefully by next year, Rem can finish copying all the books inside the academy.

White also made a big improvement, and it was now a 3rd Rank monster. It learned a new skill called Division which enables it to make a copy of itself. The slime can make 3 copies of itself so meaning it can shape shift into three items. This made Rem happy for it. Rem made White transform into a white armor, and white sword if he was in combat. The armor took two slimes to shape shift because one slime can only shape shift into a top or a pants. Rem also made the armor and weapon white because it complements his hair color which was a mix of white and blue. Also, even though White was a 3rd Rank monster it's overall power can be considered as a 5th Rank monster because of the inherent skills that Rem passed on to it.

Currently, White is in the form of a puppy. It was colored white and was sleeping at Rem's thighs. Rem was writing some plans on his notebook again while waiting for the system to notify him of reaching the age of 10.

He was excited because he'll be getting 32 points of function creation and upgrade this year because his cultivation increased in rank.
