C75 Three Functions
Rem also made some request to Gobi and Goba on something that he wants them to create. Rem requested the creation of flying ships, submarines, or something like that. Of course, Rem left some submarines and airplanes from his previous world.
What Rem wanted the two goblins to create is to make a more powerful and useful vehicles. He knew that with the current ordinary vehicles he knows, it wouldn't be enough to withstand attacks from cultivators so he wanted to make an upgraded version of those vehicles.
Rem's slaves also improved, the first batch of slaves the clone bought over the Pocket Dimension are all 4th Rank cultivators. The second batch are all 2nd Rank cultivators now.
The slaves from the other races were shocked while teaching the slaves. It was unbelievable to see how fast there cultivation rank increases. Also, they seem to notice that everyone of the slaves are fast learners. The slaves from the other races also made improvements in both cultivation and combat experience.
The little draco girl, Reva, also improved. She was now a 4th Rank cultivator, and has learned some Hammer skills. She was a genius and can easily master hammer skills, and she already has Intermediate Hammer Arts skill. Apparently, she has chosen the hammer as a weapon because it was a more deadly weapon to the dragons. She explained that the only protection a dragon has is there hard scales.
Rem didn't bought any new slaves because the clone's slots from the Share Cultivating and Experience Function was already full. He didn't want to use his own personal slots because he wanted to reserve it for his most trusted slaves like Frost, Ember, Blize, and so on. Besides, with the incoming points from the system he'll be able to upgrade the Share Cultivating and Experience Function so he'll be able to buy new slaves by tommorow.
He plans to prioritize on buying slaves that knows about production. He mostly wanted to buy the slaves that are good in crafts like the high goblins. His clone outside the empire has already done this job, and it already told the slave merchant from before to reserve some slaves that has production skills like forging, potion making, farming, construction workers, and so on. The clone has already told the slave merchant that it didn't not matter which race the slave has.
'Ding! Detected that the host has reached the age of 10, and has reached the 6th Rank. The host will be awarded with 32 points of function creation or upgrades.'
The system suddenly rang up to which Rem smiled at.
'I first want to upgrade each of my functions!' Rem said.
'It will cost 7 points, host. Proceed with the upgrade?' The system asked.
'Yes!'
'Upgrading... Upgrades complete!'
Rem then checked each of the functions. The Share Cultivating and Experience Function has 64 slots now. The Automatic Mental and Body Cultivation Function has 256 cultivating clones now. The Clone Function has 5 clones now. The Pocket Dimension has a size of 1000 miles, and further reduced the cost of creating things. The Duplication Function can now duplicate 10 times a day.
'You have 25 points remaining, host.' The system said.
'I want to create three new functions called Save and Load Function, Teleportation Function, and Hero Summoning Function. The Save and Load Function is a function where I can Save a time, and when I Load, I can go back to the exact time I have Save. The Teleportation Function is a function that allows me to teleport into places that I and my clones have gone to. The Hero Summoning Function allows me to summon a strong or talented individual.' Rem said.
'Processing... Failed! Insufficient points. Each of the function cost 10 points, host. Please choose two functions you want to create, host.'
'What!? Why so expensive!? Are you scammer now, system!?' Rem can't stop himself from complaining when he heard the price.
'Host, each of the function you wanted are too powerful. Also, each functions you asked are not anymore upgradeable when created since they're strong enough as is. Please choose two functions you want to create, host.' The system explained and asked.
'Fine! I'll choose the Save and Load Function, and the Teleportation Function.' Rem said understandingly once he heard the explanation of the system. Rem realize how truly powerful the new functions are so he stopped complaining.
'Processing... Creation complete! You still have 5 points, host.'
'Hmm, upgrade the Share Cultivating and Experience Function, the Clone Function, the Duplication Function, and the Pocket Dimension Function.' Rem said.
'Upgrading... Upgrades complete!'
The Share Cultivating and Experience Function has 128 slots now. The Clone function can create six clones now. The Pocket Dimension has a size of 2000 miles, and furthered decrease the cost of creating things. The Duplication Function can now duplicate 20 times a day.
Now that he has 6 clones with 128 slots from Share Cultivating and Experience Function, he can buy more slaves. He currently has 131 slaves inside the Pocket Dimension so he is still able to buy 637 slaves.
Rem then proceeded to summon the two new clones, and tasked them on buying slaves. After they finished the task, he ordered them to go to the elves and dwarves to see if he can establish a connection with them or maybe learn something useful.
With that, the two clones wore the same outfit which the clones wear. He also gave them one Dobot-1 each. The two quickly left, and did what Rem ordered.
While he was doing this, the slaves in the Pocket Dimension was in great shock because they can see that the land on the edges are expanding. The slaves all bowed, and praised their master for giving them more lands. The human slaves are starting to think that Rem was a reincarnated God. Some of them are even making wooden sculpture of Rem which they prayed to in the morning and in the night.
Rem knew this but didn't bothered correcting them because it will also benefit him. With the slaves praising him as a God then they'll have more loyalty towards him. This assured Rem that there are less betrayal might happen if he let them out of the Pocket Dimension.
