C76 Hidden Army Rising in Power

A month has passed, and the village inside the Pocket Dimension has increased in size. Rem's slaves are divided into 500 human slaves, 50 demons, 65 dark elves, 20 merfolk, 30 high goblins, 25 dwarves, 20 elves, 45 beastmen, 5 mermaids, 7 gnomes, and 1 draco. This totaled into 768 slaves.

Rem's clone bought it from different places but most of them was bought from the slave merchant in the Sandsert Kingdom. The slave merchant did follow Rem's clone advice, and kept almost 300 plus slaves for Rem. The slaves were also good at production skills.

Rem bought the dwarves from the Mountainhill Kingdom which was the northeastern part of the empire. This kingdom is also close to the dwarve's homeland.

While the elves and mermaids was bought from the Trenia Kingdom. It was in the northwestern part of the empire. It was close to the elves' homeland. There were mermaid slaves there because the elves didn't buy slaves. Also, one can only get to the mermaid's home land by passing through the elves' homeland or the dwarve's homeland.

He bought the beastmen from the Greegrass Kingdom. It was the southern part of the empire. The beastmen he bought has different ears and bodies. From the 45 beastmen the clone bought, there are 11 from the cat tribe, 9 dog tribe, 12 mouse tribe, 8 rabbit tribe, and 5 hamster tribe. These slaves are from the weakest tribes of the beastmen.

Lastly, the gnomes came from the Sunset Kingdom. They are also great engineers like the high goblins but they only focused on machinery unlike the goblins that also focus on alchemy. This made the gnomes have more talent when it comes from machinery.

He learned from the gnomes that they were captured by humans. This made Rem remembered that the emperor was attacking the neutral races. But it was still not the right time for Rem to take action.

Once he has a combat strength that is equivalent of Saint Rank, he'll start his plan of defending the neutral races from the emperor's attack. He'll make sure to capture all the soldiers and make them unable to participate in attacking the neutral races. Rem knew that the human soldiers are only following the emperor's orders so he won't kill them.

He just needs to make something that will make them unable to attack the neutral races. He already assigned this task to the production slaves which are the gnomes, high goblins, elves, mermaids, and dwarves. Rem learned that the elves and mermaids are great in music and alchemy. However, the elves are more focused on the creation of potion that helps heals allies while the mermaid's potions are for dealing with the enemies. Lastly, the dwarves are great forgers and weavers.

Rem then created a big laboratory where they can invent new things. Also, each of those slaves has 5 human slaves that acts as there assistants. Rem did this so that the human slaves can also learn some production skills from them.

He also assigned the other slaves from different races to teach each other, and he made a rule that no one will hurt each other or they'll be severely punished.

Now, all of his slaves are settled and doing something. No one was slacking off which made Rem happy. His plan of creating an Hidden Army is slowly being built.

With the new slaves, Rem also copied new skills that he was interested in like Feline Reflexes from the cat tribe, Grandmaster Blacksmith from the dwarves, Grandmaster Mechanical Engineer from the gnomes, Grandmaster Alchemist from the elves and mermaids, Life spells from the elves, and Presence Detection from the elves.

The Feline Reflexes just made Rem able to bend his body in incredible ways which can help him dodge attacks in many different ways. The Presence Detection is a skill that made him able to detect anyone that was 100 meters around him. This was a skill that can counter stealth skills. The Life spells are like the light spells but this type of spells are more inclined in healings. It was a type of spells that were more efficient and effective in healing wounds.

Currently, Rem was inside his room again while playing games with his cellphone on his bed. White was beside him which was in a form of a Dobot-1, and it was eating cookies on the side.

"How about you do something productive, White? Like training or cultivating?" Rem said to White while playing a game on his phone.

White looked at him as if it was saying, 'Look who's talking.'

"Hey, I'm not lazy like you. I'm on vacation right now." Rem said trying to justify his actions.

White then shook it's doll head which was clear sign of it disagreeing to Rem.

"I can't do anything because every one of my clones, and slaves are doing the jobs for me. Anyways, let's change the topic. Since I have raised my soul's rank increase, I can make another monster sign a soul contract with me. Let's go do some research, and find which monster we should catch." Rem said, and then stood up from the bed. He then teleported to the Pocket Dimension with White.

He arrived at the Pocket Dimension's library. When the slaves saw him, they all bowed but Rem just walked straight to the books that has monsters as it's topic while waving his right hand at them.

Rem has actually finished reading all the books in the library so he remembers everything because of the Mind Library. But Rem still choose to read a book here to pass some time.

He already has chosen his top 3 monsters he wanted to catch. The monsters are the Cursed Shadow, Wind Butterfly, and Haunted Shield.

The Cursed Shadow is a monster that loves hiding in it's prey's shadow. This monster's are great assassins but Rem planned to catch one to make it hide on his shadow. He'll then pass on every combat skills he has to the monster to make it stronger. The only downside and advantage of this monster is the power of the monster going weaker on the bright places while stronger on the dark places.

The Wind Butterfly is a monster that uses Wind elements to buff and debuff others. It has a skill called Wind God's Blessing which increases the speed by 300% of the one it casted this skill to. This skill will last for 30 seconds, and can only be casted for every 30 minutes. It has one more skill which was called Wind God's Curse which slows down the speed by 50% of the one it casted this skill to. It also has the same duration, and cooldown like the first skill. This skill was good for one on one battles, and will help one to totally dominate one's enemy. The disadvantage of this monster is being extremely weak in terms of attacks and defense.

The last monster which was called Haunted Shield is a monster that is a floating shield. It was colored black, and has a skill called Blocking Master. It was a skill that has 99% chance of blocking attacks, and the attack won't damage the monster as long as it has the same Rank as the attacker. If Rem makes this monster his second pet then he'll be having a shield that guards him 24/7. He also plans to pass every skill he knows to make the monster stronger. The only disadvantage of this monster is that it has almost no attacking power.
