C81 Forging Test 2

The dwarf quickly wrote a testament in the paper that says he'll be passing his position to Rem's clone, and that Rem's clone won a forging battle with him that's why he gave his position away.

After the dwarf was done, he passed the paper to Rem's clone.

"I-It's done! Please t-take off the sword!" The dwarf said while passing the paper.

"Not yet! Sign a slave contract with me or you can die peacefully here!" Rem's clone said. Rem's clone wanted to make the dwarf turn into his slave because he didn't want any retaliation from this guy in the future, and he also didn't want to kill him but if the dwarf doesn't want his offer then he'll just kill him. Besides, Rem wasn't afraid of killing the dwarf because he can easily escape this place with the use of the Pocket Dimension, or the Teleportation Function.

"What!? How dare yo-" The dwarf's word was cut short when Rem's clone pushed the sword a bit further towards his neck.

"Will you sign it or not!?" Rem's clone said coldly.

"I-I'll sign it!" The dwarf said, and then tears came out of his eyes while Rem's clone took out a slave contract.

Rem's clone then started the process of making the dwarf turn into a slave. While this was happening, the dwarf can only cry, and accept his fate.

The process was done after a few minutes, and soon a slave mark appeared on the dwarf's forehead.

"We'll have to hide that mark or else the association might hunt me down!" Rem's clone loudly said, and then took out a white bandana from the Pocket Dimension.

"Wear this! Also, call me young master from now on but in here just treat me how you usually do! What's your name!?" Rem's clone asked.

"My name's Matteo, young master!" The dwarf bitterly said while hatred can be seen in his eyes.

Rem's clone didn't allow that so he punished Matteo with the slave contract.

"Ughh! I-I'm.... ughh... Sorry! Y-young master!" Matteo said with pain.

"Don't show hostility to me again or else a worst punishment will befall you!" Rem's clone said, and then stopped the pain Matteo was feeling from the slave contract.

"Yes, young master!" Matteo replied.

"Good! Let's go, and pass the testament to the receptionist guy! I want to be a Grand Elder as soon as possible!" Rem's clone said.

"Yes, young master!" Matteo replied with sorrow.

They both went down to the reception, and then Matteo explained the situation to the dwarf in there. Matteo then took out a golden badge that has a hammer symbol on it from his chest, and gave it to the receptionist.

"This badge is now yours, mister Harley! This badge has Grand Elder written on it, and this will symbolize you as having a Grand Elder position, mister Harley!" The dwarf said with his tone of voice changing in a respectful manner compared to earlier.

"What benefits will I get from this position!?" Rem's clone asked.

"You'll have your own forging room without needing to pay in order to use it! You'll also have your own mansion inside the city without needing to pay for it! Lastly, you'll be given rare materials every week!" The dwarf said.

"Great!" Rem's clone said.

After that, they talked about Rem's responsibilities as a Grand Elder. It took an hour to finish that talk, and soon Rem's clone walk out of the building with Matteo. They then went to the mansion where Matteo lived before. It was now Rem's mansion.

The receptionist didn't give too much attention that Matteo lost his position, and Rem's clone taking it. Apparently, it was a normal occurrence in the association because one needed to defeat those who hold higher positions to get your position be raised. The Blacksmith Association made this because they didn't want too many high positioned personnel.

Soon after, Rem's clone and Matteo arrived at the mansion. When they were inside the mansion, Rem's clone and Matteo immediately went to the Pocket Dimension.

Matteo was surprised by this, and the clone explained to him what happened. Rem's clone then passed the Blessed Forging Hands to all the blacksmiths inside the Pocket Dimension. He did this because he wanted to make the blacksmiths' to be able to create higher ranked items.

---

While that was happening in Mount Iron City, the real Rem was in the Liferose City and enjoying the life there. He ate different kinds of foods made from the elves, and even bought items he has took interest in.

He was wearing a white mask, and white robe which was White shape shifted into. Black was also with him but was currently hiding in his shadow quietly.

Rem then went to one of the stalls selling pink rocks that are shaped into roses. He planned to buy many, and gift it to his girl slaves. He was sure that Crys, Dia, Tian, Joan, Reva, and the others will enjoy it. Rem knew that even though they were only his slaves, he was already being attached to them. He didn't complained though because being devoid of emotions was a boring life to live on.

While Rem was buying, and talking to the elf selling the pink rock roses, someone bumped into him and run off immediately after.

Rem noticed that his pouch on his pockets was gone but he didn't bothered chasing the one who bumped into him because Black was already in it's shadow.

Rem took his time buying the pink rock roses on the stall, and only followed the direction where Black was telling him after he was done buying.

Soon after, Rem arrived into a secluded part of the city. The houses in this part of the city looks abandoned, and he can see that some trees here were dying.

After a few twist and turns, Rem arrived to where Black told him to. He then saw Black tying a girl with it's shadow arms.

"Let me go! I'll give back the pouch I've stolen! Please don't hurt me, sir!" The girl said. The girl was an elf but it was a bit different from the normal elves.
