C5 Chapter FIVE

Syrus' POV

I listened to Collin's report on what the head servant did to Eden.I know I said I don't care about her but recalling how she looked in that tight fitted uniform had me barely keeping myself together,I wanted to claim her right there and then on my table.

I'm losing it,not only is she a human but her father threatens the existence of my species.

The goddess must be f**king with me for giving me a human as a mate.

"You know you can't keep ignoring her right?", Collin says.

" Shut up, I'm not in the mood, it's normal to be sexually attracted to my fated mate , after all it helps with the conceiving of an heir, but a human? is the goddess f**king with me ?, I can never be with a lesser being much less the cause of all my problems"

" I just hope you know what you're doing",

" I'm the greatest Alpha there has ever been,of course I know what I'm doing",I say and take a drink from my whiskey, that's right it's just the pheromones.

"Has he said anything?", I ask, changing the topic. We really have to find Cain , the relationship between humans and werewolves is at stake, the rest of the elders are running out of patience, I'm running out of patience.

We have to catch him. He is the one distributing the drug vynul, it's making wolves become aggressive, go rogue and give into their primal instincts.They are attacking humans and at this rate our existence will be exposed.

After finishing our meeting I told him to call the head servant to my office. Just the thought of someone hurting my mate makes my blood boil to the extent of my wolf taking over,I don't care if rumors start spreading.

After a few minutes there was a knock on the door and she came in,I could see her straighten her maid's uniform and rub her hands together.

I looked at her long enough and watched her shift on her legs,my mother is the one that recommended her.

"Which hand did your claws dig into?"

I see her swallow hard , her voice trembling " pardon?",

"I don't like repeating myself",I say, tapping lightly on my table.

" I lost control of myself,the girl is insolent she stabbed Mr Vincent's hand,I had to punish her,Sir",

" Ah I see,now tell me which hand did your claws dig into"

" Her left hand Alpha,as I said….",

I stop her before she continues,I could feel him right on the edge,he wanted to force his way there so he could rip the woman that hurt our mate to shreds.

"You have no right to punish what belongs to me",I say getting up from my chair and walking around the table, I could see her face turn pale,as she felt the air shift.

"I'm sorry, I'll never do it again alpha",she says, getting on her knees.

" Oh no,no,no we can't just let it slide now can we? You even made her call you Ms' ',I laugh as I walk to her grabbing her left arm. Only the women that pleasure me and those of other males can be called Ms.

" No please!I beg you!",she screams and sobs,as my claws dig into her arm,a wolf is no match for me,she falls to the ground screaming and crying.

Collin walks in with other servants and they take her out,but that was still not enough for my wolf.

"You don't care huh?", Collin questions.

I don't feel like answering and I know this will raise many questions but I don't care ,as long as they get the message and leave her alone.

Eden's father Daniel and Cain are the ones who made vynul. He must at least know the antidote. I've seen what it does to wolves. They are too far gone,lost in the madness and blood lust,too far gone to be helped but I have hope that there could be a way,there has to be ,for Deborah.

We head down to the basement under the house to the cell that is holding Daniel , Eden's father.

Immediately my boots step into the wet dirty floor,the humid pungent air in the dungeon hits me,I can hear the sounds of painful grones,the rustling of chains holding some rogue wolves that we captured,the painful screaming of some of Cain's informants that he sent to try and spy on us.

I stop by the little office and find Vincent and Roman looking over everything we have gathered.

"The chief of police sent off the pictures that were taken recently of Cain in Italy", Vincent says handing some pictures to.

" And boy will you be surprised",Roman says smirking.

I look at the pictures and the woman in most of them with Cain is Eden,no looks exactly like Eden.

I walk to the heavily guarded iron reinforced cell and walk and immediately the rogue lycun rushes at me, the chains stag her back, the spikes digging into her pale black flesh, her eyes have a gray haze that covers them,her fur is falling off and has turned black.

"Deborah",I called her but all she did was rush at me again. "You have to try ,I know you're in there somewhere,I can't do this without you I need you by my side ,you have to wake up!",I say but all she does is growl at me , it's like talking to a wild beast.

I walk out of the room, my body boiling with anger.

"Don't do anything stupid we need him alive", Collin says following behind me but I just growl at him in warning.

I walk into the cell holding Daniel when he sees me ,he immediately starts shaking.

"I won't say it again",I warn and fold my sleeves.

" I swear I don't know where,Cain is ",he painfully says his voice shaking,the cell is filled with ankle length water so it is constantly freezing.

"Let's say you really don't know where he is ,tell me the antidote to vynul!"

" I-I-I don't know",

" You can come up with its chemical formula,how can you not know, I'm a very impatient man Danny!"

" I swear I don't know,I swear",

" Then there was no use for you to keep the fingers you used to write the f**king formula down maybe the pain will help you remember",I say and walk to the desk with all sorts of weapons on it, taking a large butcher knife, Daniel has been strapped to a chair and his hands on the table so I priar his hand open and bring the butcher knife down on them, blood pours from his hand and he agonizing screams in pain.

But still my lycun is satisfied,I want to rip his head from his shoulders.

The cell opens and Collin walks in, "Damnit what did I tell you Syrus,he is now going to bleed to death, don't you know how weak humans are!"

I ignore him and just walk out of there ,I need to gain control over myself,I need Deborah. I walk into the mansion and into my room to take a shower and change. I let the hot water hit me, burning my skin a little and thinking of what she would do in a situation like this.

I calm down a little and walk into my closet and it hits me ,of course why didn't I notice before and now all the hard work I did trying not to lose control has gone to waste,her scent is everywhere, even on my boxers,what a peculiar and brave little girl,the bond has now been growing stronger.

I take out a shirt and it has her scent on it too, it's like she was rubbing herself with it,this is nuts,I walk back into the room and take a down the whiskey I'm.the glass and the glass also has her scent on it, even the bottle, imagining her lips touching the same glass I'm using was starting to get me hard ,I wanted to taste her lips and to punish her for being naughty and taking some of my watches,so I ringed a head servant to bring her to me.
