As I walked, I couldn’t help but replay the encounter with Caleb in my head. Caleb hadn’t seemed angry or suspicious, but that didn’t mean I could trust him.

He was still Hunter’s right-hand man, and I couldn’t forget that. The letter weighed on my mind, and I knew I had to figure out a way to make the information to Alpha Zodd.
